When the stream windows is too small horizontally to show the chat on the right side, it would be better if instead it was placed (with an option to close it) below the video so that long vertical windows can still have video and chat.

For example, this would allow to have the stream and chat when having two windows (one of them chat) side by side. Particularly useful when using a single monitor.

The dark chat hurts my eyes, but I enjoy the larger video size of theater mode. Any way to add an option to turn off dark chat default in theater mode?

On a vertical monitor browser, theatre mode with chat on should fill the horizontal portion of the screen, shifting the chat downwards to fill the bottom right of the screen, similar to how YouTube's theatre mode fill the top portion of vertical monitor, shifting suggested videos on the right downwards. This will increase video screen estate to make it easier to view the videos.

Currently, if you set it to theatre mode and hide chat, there is still a black bar at the bottom of the screen because of the whispers box. This is a waste of space and bad design.

Allow users to hide the whispers button and return the theatre mode to the entire window screen size like it was in the past. Perhaps only show the whispers button if chat is shown.

One of the things I hate is that when I dock my browser to the side, the chat completely disappears and all i can see is the video. Could you have the chat move to below the video like how it is in Twitch Mobile whenever the viewport narrows too much.

If there will be a method in global object, which can be executed through JS and it will enable (if disabled) or vice versa the Theatre Mode - it would be super nice. Users that complain for the "hard" hotkey will have the possibility to remap it via some global extension.
Sometimes I have a problem with this hotkey not working for some unknown reason, but with global method - this problem will not repeat as often.

Currently, when a whisper window is opened when in theater mode, the window overlaps the stream window option buttons of the stream you are watching, forcing you to close the whisper window in order to use any of the buttons(to exit theater mode, for example).
