.MOV (QuickTime) files support We really need this, most of us use .mov files as overlays for our webcam, transitions, starting screen and other stuff.

Support for event bar Possibility to add an event bar that shows: Recent follower, sub and donation. Also top gifter, top cheerer and top donation. (Pretty much just like how it is in the program that starts with "strea" and ends with "abs" but less bugged.)
Customizing the alert box to keep showing names would work too, but that solution is a bit clumsy. There's not really any need to invent the wheel again.

Alt cropping Say you only want to capture a small portion of a screen (I.E: spotify you only want to see the song and artist) just a quality of life where you can adjust what parts of the screen are being seen by holding ALT and cropping the screen capture

Separate layouts for games Different layouts for different games would make it so you would move the elements of your stream to not obstruct the game’s HUD.
It could also lets say:
When you switch to that scene, it updates your stream info for that game

See Channel Point Redemptions on In-Game Overlay Add the ability to see channel point redemptions on the in-game overlay, not having it cripples one-screen streamers as they have to exit out to see if something was redeemed.
It could appear as a chat message in the overlay as it does for normal twitch chat, saying "[user] redeemed [redemption]" in a distinct font/text color to differentiate it from other messages (maybe still grey?).

Switch between different Twitch Accounts In case we have more than one streaming account, we could be able to switch between them or at least be allowed to choose additional outputs and select one when we go live.

Beginner or Advanced modes I think would be a neat feature to add in addition to the other suggestions would be the ability to switch between a beginner mode (or guided mode) and an advanced mode.
I like the simplified interface so far. For a beginner to have a guided mode like it is now is good. But would like to see the option to enable an advanced mode so we could edit scenes as needed, adjust the magnetic threshold, make different sources accessible in a more advanced way like SLOBS or OBS being able to open the properties of the webcam (to be…

Stream Labels It would be nice to have the option for text layers to read from files. I think one of the most important things isn't posible without that option (Stream Labels like most recent Follower/Sub/Cheer/....)

Ability to stream and record at the same time! It'd be nice to be able to stream and record a video at the same time and just have a VOD right on your computer after the session. Sure i can go download the VOD from Twitch afterward but there's the risk of "i streamed for hours, the VOD will take forever to download." or "what if my stream went unstable? Now the VOD has hiccups"

Alternate Stream Key and Bandwidth Test It needs to have the ability to add your own stream key. And a bandwith test option. We share a stream key across users for our organization channel and need to be able to use that without logging in to the org account.

Please add an option to change the brightness levels. I would like to see an option to change the brightness to match more of what my screen is displaying to me directly. Whenever I stream it always turns out darker on Twitch.

Twitch Studio for iPadOS Please consider offering a stand-alone iPad Twitch Studio supporting the following:
- direct streaming to Twitch via Control Center (reliable, unlike StreamLabs)
- voice disguise by replacing mic audio with GarageBand audio running in the background applying your choice of filters to preserve streamer privacy by not exposing our raw voice-print to the Internet in order to interact with chat enjoying the benefits of vocal expression and immediacy
- automatically suppress Twitch’s own app notifications while streaming!
