Broadcaster only Extensions There's potential to develop Extensions that can help a broadcaster manage and improve their stream with different tools and manage everything in a single page, the live dashboard! However, this is currently not possible since all Extensions need a viewer facing view.
Current workaround to always keep an Extension on a hosted test. But this hinders discoverability and doesn't go through Twitch's review flow.2 votes -
Titles for extension panels Allow us to add a title for extension panels. That way I could say upload an image above Streamlabs schedule that fits with the theme of the rest of my panels. Basic html in panels would also be amazing as well.

Every extension panel and/or overlay should have an option to globally disable it. Every extension panel and/or overlay should have an option to globally disable it. There is some content I simply will not ever engage with. It's a waste of my time, my UX, and your servers to continue to serve me dead ends. You can even measure this to inform a streamer of the effectiveness of their extension choices, empowering them to make better choices. Lord knows you profit from all the bit extensions and whatnot, so doesn't it behoove you to ensure their employed effectively?

Remove Half Naked Bimbo streams What twitch really needs is the removal of sexual content, and half naked bimbos live streaming nothing but sitting there half naked, doing nothing of any value. There's a site for that, it's called PornHub, Chaturbate, Xvideos, whatever you wanna call it. Hoes are ruining Twitch for everyone!

Audio volume level I would like an extension for twitch that visually displays the volume of the selected audio source in the stream! For example, in a left-right audio bar.
Maybe there is such a thing, I haven't found anything similar among the extensions.1 vote -
Sound Alert Extension Bit Payable tab to be moved to or near chat bar. Loyalty points, bits, and emojis are able to be accessed easily just below and beside the chat bar. When you have Sound Alerts (the extension) installed...it only will show 5 sound alerts that you can get with loyalty points in the loyality points tab. It does not show the bit payable Sound Alerts there. Instead, there is a sound alert tab (extension tab) that most viewers do not know about on the actual screen. Lots of streamers make money off these sound alerts. The sound alerts tab (extension tab) on the screen is difficult for the viewer to find and…

Stream viewer Screen Shots! You should add the ability for viewers to take and share Screen Shots. That would add so much engagement and content and be helpful too. Make it so the Streamer or mods can pick what to show in chat and on screen.

Help the Discover new or updated Twitch Extensions Streamers hardly know where to find the extension store. This means the work of many third-party developers goes unnoticed. Updates or newly released extensions aren't announced or made visible ANYWHERE on Twitch.
Third-Party tools can make a huge difference, please help developers by making it easier for them to be discovered.

Accurate and up to date tutorials. Too many are either outdated or offer flat out misinformation.ion Accurate tutorials shouldn't even need to be a suggestion.

Make followChannel action take channelId instead of channelName The Extension Action: "followChannel" currently only accepts the channel name.
window.Twitch.ext.actions.followChannel: void function(channelName: String)
Most of the other extension APIs all use IDs and these are readily available in the extension from the JWT. With the way this API is designed, in order to use it you now have to make an extra network request against the Helix endpoint to get the channelName from the channelId.
My request is to make it so this action supports taking the channelId or that the channelName is exposed in the JWT token.

Allow KeyboardEvents for extensions I've looked through the twitch-dev-discord. And there seem to be many people who like me want to use keyboard-events in their extension.
Keyboard-inputs would make a lot more interesting and fun games possible, instead of the current 5 million versions of the same quiz/sticker-extension.
Since keyboard-events are allowed in <input>, I don't understand why it isn't allowed outside of an input.
Also, I think the documentation should be clarified:
"2.3 Extensions may not use keyboard shortcuts to power functionality."What you mean is:
"Extensions may not use keyboard input outside of a input-field to power functionality."1 vote -
Video Conferencing Viewers should be able to join the stream in a one on one video conference (in front of the rest of the stream) to be able to talk directly to the streamer.
Examples would include having viewers either donating to participate or queuing and when the streamer selects the option, the viewer is also casting to the stream to ask questions or just have a general chat with the host.
This could be a useful way to engage the audience further, encourage more active users and fills gaps between the load times on games etc.

Option for Extension Status Let streamers know when extensions are down, being worked on, or just plain removed. I've seen a few extensions that were working one day, but the next they weren't and yet were still there when you look for them. You couldn't get them but they were there. Then a few days later it was gone and yet streamers only know if they search for it.

Customizable features for Subs that are actually so worth it. One of the main problems streamers of competitive online titles face daily is stream sniping. You see it across most main stream titles, from League of Legends to Call of Duty: WarZone. One of the ways this is dealt with, is the hidden map. On each game, streamers are finding ways to hide their mini map, or full screen map to avoid stream snipers. I am suggesting an extension which will allow subscribers to see past this veil. When I watch League of Legends streamers, I am frustrated because I am not able to see the mini map but understand…

Could you add the extention as a chrome webstore app so then we don't have to properly download it? If we had this then we could use it easier because i can't download stuff.
