Let extensions submit events to EventSub, mimicking rewards I started researching how to make a Twitch extension, and for the life of me I cannot find any capability to submit events to be listened to by clients through EventSub (or PubSub).
Being able to do this would relieve simple extensions from having to rely on their own hosted server, but could instead rely on the transports Twitch already provides.
At least with EventSub this seems like a reasonable connection, as it would be a specific subscription, meaning events from extensions wouldn't show up unless specifically asked for.

Additional Twitch Extension Overlays Current state: Twitch allows 1 Extension Overlay slot per channel.
Requested Feature: At least 1 additional Extension Overlay slot per channel.Components require viewers to open the extension to interact with it. Good for items that the streamer are seeking out, but not viewer interaction.
Overlays allow immediate interaction when someone joins the stream. Useful for polling, available prime subscription, Closed Captioning, Crowd Control, many bit/sub/tip extensions, and of course game overlays to increase chat interactions.

Start a Rerun and General HELP! Honestly! I am posting all over these pages as I CANNOT find anywhere where a streamer can actually fill out a form to Twitch to ask for help! Translator for chat and twitch that accurate I’m not sure if this is already made but I was streaming on console Xbox to be exact and I think it would cool features if it gave people who don’t speak English well the opinion to have both the stream be translated and chat too it shouldn’t be just for Xbox give it too PlayStation and pc streamers too if there’s already one please let me know I had someone from Thailand and they barely understood me half the time please try your best to be accurate with captions on chat and not have people sounding crazy

Allow Translated Versions of the Discovery Page Right now an Extension's Discovery Page can only be in one language. It would improve the amount of streamers that would be able to discover an extension if the developer could optionally provide translations for various languages.

Pillage a stream There is already options to host a stream, and there is an option to Raid a stream. What if there was an option that streamers could decide to participate in called "Pillage".
Initially brainstorming, it would work around turning on the ability to have your stream "pillaged" by another streamer. The streamer would set a bit amount required to have his/her stream pillaged for X amount of seconds/minutes.
The pillaging streamer would then gain the ability to have the pillaged streamers viewers watch their stream for the attained amount of time.

Amazon Music Artist Playlist While the new Twitch integration into the Amazon Music Player allows for cross promotion, the other way is still limited with raw links to the Amazon Music Page.
I would love an extension that allows Twitch musicians to show their discography on a Twitch panel.
Either by a general playlist Twitch viewers can listen to or by connecting it to an artists page through an Amazon for Artists account.
