Okay lets see i have alot installed games in my steam library. Lately i saw there is stardew valley on mods tab. Searched for stardew valley doesn't find, showed installation folder still nothing... So where is the place to install a game to make this fcking app to see it ? Keeping twitch just because of minecraft but seems like i will delete it asap.
Installing "SMAPI" worked. After that, it was possible to locate the Game Folder. THX zinx02 :)
If you are still having problems then this may help. I think you have to download 'SMAPI' then locate the Stardew Valley folder through Twitch (after installing SMAPI). When i did this it worked perfectly. If its still not working then i have no idea what else to do.
Hope this helps
Yeah I am having this issue too; I even linked the path from the actual steamapp files; says it's invalid.
Nice, I'm sad yet not surprised to discover that the problem is not new.
Any chances they'll do somthing in the next 100 years ?
App can no longer see Minecraft even when pointed directly at it.Refused to show installed mods frequently before this. When are you fixing your damn app?

And why? because they fucked with my game. Thats why. Fck I miss the old curse.
Is now February on 2019 and the app still cannot find Stardew Valley. PLZ fix this!
so... it's october. did they fix this issue? i'm guessing not, because it still won't find stardew.
How about adding a custom search path? Twitch has major issues locating some games.
Ugh yes fix this please. Twitch can't find ANY of my Steam games - and WOW is touch and go. PLEASE make Twitch... not suck.
Same problem here. I am also ONLY using the Twitch app for Minecraft. Seems to be about the only thing it is any good for. 😣
Same, my guess, is that they are still in arguments with Steam about licensing and rights, for what was bought through them vs what people buy through Steam, that is at least more stable.
Same and I pointed it right at the directory it's installed at and it still didn't find it.
Same issue seems common for steam users
