Stop spamming the same ad for weeks
Maybe add more ads i don't know but stop spam the same one for days or weeks this can't be benefic for you or the compagny that bought these ads. Swaping stream and seeing the same ad again and again with a too loud volume is very harrasing

i have the same ad coming up constantly whenever im watching vods and its one of those that make a loud sound in the beginning, like do people not think at all when they make these

Well Twitch have their rats scouting the internet for new methods to stop their ads and patch them so we can't block their ads.
