anyone have advice on how to fix this? I've cleared my cookies and logged in again, even though I had the problem in opera, firefox and chrome
(yes I am subbed to these channels I'm seeing ads on)

edit: it's not just pre-rolls either, I'm seeing ads multiple times throughout the course of a multi hour long streams

I've been getting ads now on channels I'm subbed to as well. It's been happening for 2 weeks on and off now. I'm really getting fed up with this.

One of the perks of subbing is that your viewers don't have to deal with ads... now I'm getting reports of my subs seeing them, and I'm seeing them on channels I have subscriptions to as well.

I have been getting ads of late, while I have been gifted a sub. It is annoying as **** for that person to gift a sub to a person for you to F**k them around. You need to get this sorted out, or those who make the content will get seriously P***ed off with you and leave. Twitch will then die. So whatever the problem is, get it sorted out or refund the money that people are giving to you for their subscriptions.

im also getting ads on subed channels, I'm a heavy twitch viewer I have it running 24/7, I mostly only get pre roll ads a very short ad when I go to a subed channel, but recently I've had my first mid roll ad on my mates channel that I'm also subed to which I've not once had for the 11 months I've been subed to him.. its a joke

Sick of getting ads for channels i'm subbed to. No more subbing from me. Feel bad for the channel streamers i am subbed to, but i pay to not watch ads and support them through my sub. nice one twitch, greedy asf

I mod for a few streamers and this has been a consistent issue as of lately. Some subs are getting these ads while others are not for the same streamer. So it seems to be really an issue on Twitch's end. I have tested both desktop and mobile and I myself havent been able to get these ads but its definitely been a topic on conversation a few times.

Twitch is getting really desperate pressing these ads on people who are subbed. Pretty sad imo

Watching my friend on Twitch and I am getting ads DESPITE BEING SUBSCRIBED TO THE CHANNEL AND BEING ON TWITCH TURBO. SERIOUSLY WHAT THE FLYING **** TWITCH. Either fix this or refund my money, you all are absolutely insane. It's happening on Chrome (my usual), it's happening on a fresh Firefox install with zero plugins, and it's happening on my iPad which can't even have any ******* plugins. C'mon. I am specifically getting hit with ads on the mobile app. Which is extremely frustrating as I have both a subscription to the stream I'm watching and to Turbo as well. It's absolutely absurd that I have to deal with ads when I'm paying for two subscriptions to ensure an ad free broadcast. ******!! >:-(

Getting constant ads on every channel I'm subbed to. I have disabled my ad blocker, logged out and back in, still getting ads. What's even worse is that it's playing the exact same annoying amazon music ad 6 times in a row. SIX TIME IN A ROW EVERY TIME WHILE A PAYING SUB.

what is the ******* point of subbing to a channel if youre gonna keep bombing us with ads? no, i'm not ******* interested in a beginers D&D pack, or whatever **** its advertising! i sub to get rid of ads, so why the **** am i still getting them?? sort this out, Twitch!!!

getting tired of all the greed driving this kinda thing and starting to consider that getting subs is a waste and even considering removing twitch from my system!!! your really pushing the envelope aren't ya... gotta get that pay for all those adds like up to 6 in a row even after you say with subs add free... why bother with any of this??? Adding myself to the apparently long list of users who are getting screwed by Twitch... it is some sh*t that we are PAYING MONEY so we can avoid the ads and Twitch does not even care to follow through.
