I am getting advertisements in channels I'm subscribed to, even in channels where I have a tier 3 subscription. I PAY TO NOT HAVE ADS

I am getting advertisements in channels I'm subscribed to, even in channels where I have a tier 3 subscription. I PAY TO NOT HAVE ADS. Either refund me for every subscription I have because you're FALSE ADVERTISING or STOP IT IMMEDIATELY!

    Same. Twitch turbo and subbed and get ad's. I just went back to using a VPN for Albania and cancelled Twitch Turbo. GG Twitch.

    Glad to see this problem hasn't been addressed for 2 years. A good way to incentivise paying customers to stop paying is by not providing them the service they are looking for. Vods don't have ads, but live content that we pay to watch does, and you don't have to be subbed to watch ads.

    getting the same issue i've even checked with the people i'm subbed to and they are just as confused, i should not be getting add reels sometimes as long as 5mins on their channels if i'm subbed to them. THIS IS REDICULESS TWITCH FIX IT NOW!

    I'm pretty sure I left a comment here before months ago, but I'm having the same issue again. I have a tier 2 sub to a streamer, the kind where you pay for six whole months in advance and somehow am STILL getting ads. He doesn't even have pre-rolls on, but for reason it's the kind I'm getting. All in all, it's really annoying and I'm not paying a sub just to get the **** ads. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE ONCE AND FOR ALL.

    I'm getting ads as well without having 3rd party software installed. I have Twitch Turbo and I am subbed to the channel I got the ad on. This was during a stream with 31 viewers and not like some big event or something where in-roll ads are rampant. This was a legitimate Twitch Ad. This ad said "[streamer] is taking an ad break to support this stream." This is considered theft in the United States, while a bit extreme, this feels a bit like that.

    I'm glad I'm not the only one I genuinely thought it was. But I can now see its a worldwide issue. Hopefully this gets sorted as it is not right.

    One of my viewers who is subbed for the next 6 months started getting ads tonight, so this is now my issue too. Hopefully it gets fixed.

    Still an issue in April 2023, I am having this after returning to twitch ! Its Worth Necro-ing this thread !

    Returned and got gfited a sub.. I sad hm, maybe cuz its gifted, so subbed; Still getting ads ! Tryed Gifting 5 subs, still getting ads !

    It's 2023 and they still haven't fixed this problem, I have just renovated a six months tier 2 sub but somehow have been getting ads. It's a whole SIX MONTHS subscription paid AT ONCE but am STILL GETTING ADS.
