Put the checkbook down and consider listening to your community
Your "Twitch Support" twitter claims that you guys want to "carefully consider user feedback" and "give streamers more control", yet you have shown no evidence towards this. Perhaps rather than trying to milk more money out of something you already make a great sum from, a way to improve is actually doing what you say by listening to what people want.
Every single person on this forum is asking you to disable this mid-roll ad system, or give the streamer the option to turn it off. Mid-roll ads on twitch are a problem for a multitude of reasons, but I'm sure you already know this. The problem arises when, rather than paying attention to this feedback, you instead decide to intentionally circumvent adblocking methods in order to milk the last tiny little drops of cash out of every viewer that uses your website. I honestly wish I could say "If you keep doing this, people will leave your site", but this is clearly not true as you have as much of a monopoly on live streaming as YouTube does on video posting.
