2. Restrict R rated ads

   All Ad content should be rated G for the general public. Saw my 6 year old click on G rated creator to get an Ad for a horror movie that showed a guy getting stabbed with a knife in the neck. Please restrict these to G-Rated.

   If you are going to play ads every time I try to open a stream then at least put a bit of variety. I have gotten the same ad 12 times in a row.

4. Make banners closeable and take up less than 1/3 of the screen

   I quit twitch, I can't handle these massive banners for energy drinks that have no timer and can't be closed. You have 80% of the screen open for anything, but no, twitch always puts ads in the stream itself

5. SPAM OF ADS

   I'm usually ok with watching the ads, but these last weeks ive been spamed with a lot of continuos ads. In fact, i get 7/8 cotinuos ads wich makes not sense and not used to happen. I think it' sa problema with my account, can anyone check that?

7. Frequency of ads

   Hello Twitch Support,
   Over the last couple of days i've been receiving 6 to 8 20-30 sec ads every half hour, which means that roughly 10% of what I watch on Twitch is ads. To make matters even worse ALL of the ads are from the US and im from South America so I can't buy what you are trying to sell, which means that not only it is an unpleasant experience (which makes me wonder if I somehow made Jeff Bezos angry or something) for me but a waste of money for the companies that are paying the ads.
   So to answer the question "How can we improve the ad experience?", less ads or at least shorter ones would be nice. If that is too much to ask, at least make it so that the ads are useful in my continent (or my country for that matter).

8. Turbo Tax Ad....please remove

   Recently your advertiser "Turbo Tax" has been advertising on your platform with an ad featuring a man spitting on another man with a protracted image of the man being spit on and the spit all over his face. It's disgusting enough behavior but it features the two men being of different races, thus adding a racial element. It is my understanding that TWITCH is against racial antagonism, baiting, agitation and fomenting of degrading opinions toward any people or races as well as generally degrading content. Is there any doubt that TWITCH would have a not allowed this ad if it had featured a white person spitting on a black person? Is TWITCH more tolerant of degrading conduct directed at white people? I think that if TWITCH expects to be treated as a professional company with professional standards it has to disallow accepting any ads with such depictions on its platform. Certainly allowing ads or content like this opens the door for more of it and disallows the argument that you have no tolerance toward this sort of behavior depicted on your platform. Personally, I am honestly at a loss to understand how this ad ever got on your platform or how you expected it not to generate a dislike toward your company for allowing it.

    Not sure why but I keep getting ads in Spanish. My language is set to English and I am located in the US, so a bit confused.

12. If you're going to force ads on us, at least put it in the right language.

    You (twitch) clearly don't give a **** about it's users. I am English. I live in Eastern Ontario (Canada) STOP GIVING ME ADS IN FRENCH, GERMAN AND OTHER LANGUAGES. MY PREFERENCE IS SET FOR ENGLISH.

    OBVIOUSLY THAT MEANS IM ENGLISH SPEAKING AND PREFER ENGLISH INTERFACE. WHY THE **** WOULD YOU THEN PLAY ADS IN OTHER RANDOM LANGUAGES.

    You people are complete idiots that can't even get something this simple correct.

14. These new ads that adjust the screen scaling are way to intrusive. I would so, so much rather them cover up a portion of the screen.

    It's very jarring having the viewing screen change size during a stream. I'd much rather the ad just cover a portion of the screen.

15. No ads if watching a stream for less then 15 minutes.

    Ads should not be shown if a user has been watching a stream for less then 15 minutes.
    Example: If I want to check 4 different channels and say hello to them, stay in for 5 to 10 minutes each and then go do something else, I'm forced to watch a minimum of 2 ads each, and they are always the same, this is a deal breaker for me, and I think for many others too.
    Of course 30 minutes would be even better, but I know that would be a lot of money that you don't get, so I would'nt hope for so much...

16. Ads on Apple TV Twitch App

    Just for background, I predominantly watch Twitch on Apple TV so bear the brunt of all the incessant advertising which has recently become near unbearable when watching streams. (i.e. no ad block style of apps of any kind)

    Pre-rolls are now 2 ads when entering a stream and it seems a lot of streams are opting for between 6 - 9 random ad breaks at a time. What is worse is that it's becoming more frequent that I'll go into a stream, get the 2 pre-roll ads and then after around 2 minutes, another ad block of 6 ads appears.

    When content creators have chat mention about the glut of ads, a common response is "just get Twitch Prime and no more ads". Not only is that disingenuous because those ads will be removed from that channel only, but it's almost like we're expected to pay a subscription for what people love to say is a free to watch service.

    I get Twitch needs the ad revenue, they're a corporate after all, but for gods sake, look at free to air tv and cable and the decades of research they've undertaken to make sure they don't push the advertisements too far on their viewers to make them switch off in droves.

    As it stands right now from my perspective, the sheer volume and frustrating random frequency with which ads are displayed during Twitch streams makes for an appalling viewer experience.

    This is yet another example of why Twitch not having any competition in the live streaming market is a really bad thing and it lets them and their content creators get away with stuff like this.

    tl;dr Please reduce the pre-roll ads back to 1 and remind content creators about the viewer experience instead of them going ham with 6-9 blocks of random ads which can and do pop up in a short period of initially entering a stream.

    How dare you run Shell greenwashing advertisements showcasing their pathetic inadequate carbon neutral by 2050 marketing. 18. use my mother tongue für advertisement

    It's kind of stupid to run ads in a language I don't understand or from a country I don't live in. I neither buy products abroad nor watch movies in a language I do not understand. Finally stop sending advertisements based on IP address when my language is on my profile.

    The Snyder's pretzel ad starts off with some sort of error noise and a connection lost, when it's played it confuses me and makes me think the error is on my side. It's a really inappropriate way for an ad to try to grab your attention

20. Let us choose what ads play on our streams.

    Ok, we get it that us streamers need some Ad revenue, but it is just leaves a bad taste when we don't support the company sending the ad (As an example: Youtube Shorts ads when I don't support Google at ALL).

    Can you guys make an option to block certain advertisers to play their ads on our streams?
