During Time Out make viewer watch ad
Allow option for moderators to click on usernames in chat and as option instead timing out make them watch ad for 1 minute instead of only muting the viewer. This would increase streamer & Twitch ad revenue.
In order to avoid abuse only allow moderators to use this option X amount of times per user per stream or X amount of times per hour.

No more 8 ads in a row after 2 ads in between 20 seconds of stream time.
Ads are out of control. 10 ads in between 20 seconds of stream time is unacceptable. The repeat ads do not want me to buy the product anymore, but actively stay away from it. If the company that takes a part of each donation from every streamer isn’t making enough revenue to keep the lights on, then you aren’t doing something right.

Have the playback report actually work maybe....?
Every time I request not to see a specific ad because it is either offensive/inappropriate, or is not in line with my interests, it's like the report just goes into a black hole.
I keep getting the same ads over and over again even after I have submitted a playback issue report.
The feature just seems to be there to make you feel like you're doing something, when in actuality it's being ignored, and Twitch (or maybe Amazon) is the ultimate arbiter in what ad you get to watch.
Please have this feature function properly, so people who wish to…

reward emote slots for consistently running ads instead of having midrolls
give streamers an incentive to run ads instead of forcing a garbage system that will block important moments

More Streamer Ad Options
As a streamer myself I understand that people like their own Twitch page to be theirs to control. A lot of people disable ads on their own channel and a lot will also run them willingly while streaming. Try giving more options we can opt into on our own channels. Without blocking our content at the same time, unless we choose to do so. Here's an idea or so:
Brb ads
(We already have, and do get used. Nice example to start)Lower thirds
(Could allow us to set them to pop up as often as we like. Minimum of…

Continue stream audio while ads are playing
Currently, when some streamers play ads, their streams will still play in a little box at the top while ads play in the main video player. The problem comes when -- let's say something critical happens on stream, or chatter asks question you'd really like to know the answer to. You can't cash in on the information because the streamer's stream is either muted or gone during ads.
Yeah you can always go back and review the vods (unless streamer has them disabled) but that defeats the feeling you'd get out of experiencing whatever happened in the moment.
I don't…

Bulk subs discount
It’s crazy that I buy 100 subs to gift to someone and I pay the same 4.99 price, isn’t it about time a bulk purchase discount applies to quantity of subs more than 25 ? I have gifted over 2500 subs and I feel it’s crazy that with quantity the price doesn’t decrease.

update affiliate program page info(F.A.Q section) regarding ad revenue to include info asked below in the description.
- Does streamers get ad revenue on highlights?
- Does streamers get ad revenue on highlights even if highlights are embedded on a website owned by channel owner?
- If YES then write/ provide this info on affiliate ad revenue program page. Thanks, Reason for this request is that I could not find this info on twitch ,also could not get relevant info even after reaching out to twitch support.

Disable mid-roll ads IF the streamer rolls an ad-break themselves
Right now theres not enough control over how a streamer runs an their stream with the new mid-rolling. However, a feature that can be added is to disable for 20 - 30 minutes mid-rolls for the stream per 30 second ad break and mid and pre-roll per 60 second. That way, a streamer can plan their ad breaks and work around them, especially for competitive games like overwatch, LOL, CSGO, etc. Even for non-competitive games, allowing a streamer the ability to control the flow of the stream by implementing an ad break to avoid mid rolls allows them to build…

More Options for an Ad-Free Experience
What I would like to see is people who hold multiple concurrent subscriptions, say 4 or 5 and up, to be allowed to have a site-wide advertisement-free experience.
Currently Turbo is the only option for an ad-free experience site-wide. Prime used to have it, but it was removed as a benefit for Prime (even though Prime costs more). Personally I find Turbo to be very unappealing for its cost, especially when I already have Prime which comes with most of its other perks.
I'd rather spend that money unlocking emotes in other streamer's channels as I feel it makes me…

Moderators need ad control and notifications
The streamer I moderate for has a contract with Twitch where they have to run ads every hour. Sometimes they are busy with the game they are playing. Rather than having to post in chat a bunch to get their attention, it would help if moderators had the ability to start ads. Along with this, the moderators can't tell if the ads are successfully running if they are subbed. We have to constantly pester the streamer to know if they did ads on time. If there was some way for us to know the ads are running it would help…

Option to Disable Ad-Revenue share
Hey Twitch team. The possibility to get a share of the ad revenue is a great feature. Unfortunately this can make everything around streaming (Taxes etc.) complicated. Where I'm from (Austria) an ad revenue makes everything much more complicated (I don´t go into detail here). So a option to opt out from this share would be great to have.
Probably there are similar cases for other country. And even if not, this would help most of the Austrian creators.34 votes -
Having the possibility to hand out a sub once every while as an (active) affiliate.
Add an option, as there is actually already with partners, but with affiliates, to have the possibility to hand out a sub to a regular viewer once every few months, I think this is a good idea because I notice that there are often people in the chat who do not have the money to be able to subscribe to a streamer themselves.
I hope that this will be looked at so that people who are less fortunate can also enjoy ad free viewing sometime.2 votes -
Buffer Stream during ad
It's extremely annoying missing content with all the ads. Can you imagine watching TV shows where you miss content during commercial breaks? Yeah, didn't think so.
There should be an Opt-In option for users to Buffer the Stream when mid-roll ads are playing, then after the ad is done the buffered stream is played back at 1.5x speed until you're caught up with the live stream.
This wouldn't need to be enabled for the pre-rolls, just the ads after the stream is playing so you don't miss content.
How is this not a thing?

ads manager
I appreciate the addition of the ads manager. But I wish I could delay auto ads besides running one manually. If something super exciting is happening on stream it'd be great to have a 'delay the auto ad for 3 minutes' button or something like that. You could limit it to one delay per hour so people don't try to abuse it.

pause stream
When streamers run ads, pause the stream and resume it from the same spot after the ads are finished. Then give viewers the ability to fast forward back to live when there is a dull moment in the stream. Ads can still be aired without content being missed.

Stop with the Ads, Bring back Prime users being Ad free!!!
Since this change I've been driven further and further away from Twitch.tv as a platform. I find it ridiculous that the only way to not have to see this annoying Ad spam is by using my ONE prime sub or just not watching content on Twitch.tv. There is a major problem with that approach, and until something changes (and I'm certain thousands of others would agree here), I will no longer be using this platform for my viewing pleasure.I hope you guys get this figured out and find a better solution soon, like putting the Ads responsibility back on individual…

rewatch ad
Sometimes there is an interesting ad (I know, I know I am probably a rare animal being interested) and I don't manage to click quickly enough. There are no way to re-watch the ad, or check for an ad which is over.
I dunno maybe have a directory for the ad which people saw but could not click quick enough, or a button "re-watch advert"... OR a command !ad to be able to re-watch the ad.
My two cent. Although probably nobody want this except me.

add
Why we having bot or command advertising by the streamer when the audience knows very well the purpose of the add. I believe if there was a ''Watch an add to support creator' button I would click it even just to redeem the chat points to highlight my message or redeem emojis or sound allert... i think it's functional
