Add a refund mechanism for subscribers to streamers that leave the platform
I bought a six month subscription to a channel, and three days later the streamer left Twitch for another platform.
There should be a refund mechanism of some kind for situations like this - money back for the months remaining, store credit, transfer the sub to another channel - anything.

If there has been no streamer activity in over X days, I think Twitch is obligated to do *something* for the long-term subscribers. I do not think it is sufficient to hide behind legalese, take the customer's up-front money, and run. That behavior looks horrible to the customers and deters people from subbing for longer.
Even if Twitch doesn't refund the money, maybe they could front the cost of Twitch Turbo for a couple of months while you look for someone new to follow on a dedicated basis. That is what good stewardship would look like.

Similar situation to my own. Although I believe the issue to be uncommon, it is still extremely frustrating to be giving money to someone who is not loyal to their fan base whilst another streamer could be receiving those benefits. It is even further frustrating to have the company not supporting their users as well as their creators by not having a better system in place, like the above mentioned ideas.

this is also awesome for times when the streamer is indefinitely banned and also if for any reason i no longer like the content and wish to unsub after buying a 3 or 6 month sub.
