Payout Suspension
So I've just experienced this issue with my account. Twitch emailed me with the issue and sent me instructions on what I should do. I've done my part and sent them an email last 10 days but until now I haven't received any updates about it and now my payout is held and it's near net 15 already which means I only got one day to resolve this but I don't think it'll be enough. I'm really frustrated because this could've been resolved much earlier. Hope this get attention

Be better at your job.
Do your job, do the right thing for once. I've been suspended for 5 months cause my username included ******* misspeled. Made a dozen of tickets. No answer. My amazon prime is now ****** thanks to your poor service.
I know i'm not the only one in this situation. And the worst thing about it is, if said ******* were on my chest, the problem would have been solved in less than a day. Your service disgust me, and it speaks about The company's staff.

Someone is taking my free subs from twitch!!
I contacted support and asked why I haven't been able to give my sub to the only channel I give it to since I haven't been giving it to anyone else. He then proceeds to tell me I have been giving my sub to kizkati, vlydinu, rubenpubg and probably a few other channels. vlydinu has over 1K followers and not a single video. The other two channels don't even exist. All too fishy if you ask me. The costumer support gave me a free sub in compensation but I'm afraid this might happen again. As suggest, I will change my…

El servicio de soporte me parece pésimo y se tarda mucho. Ojalá pudieran mejorar esto. Uno de mis streamers favoritos esta baneado y ustedes no le dicen nada. Me gusta mucho esta plataforma, pero creo que todos merecemos un buen soporte y buena atención al cliente.

alternatives to suspensions
rather than straigth away suspending the accound there should be a suspension from chat for a period of time where the individual can not speak in any chat rather than an accound suspension as the account suspensions stops the individuals from gaining limited time drops and stop them from subbing or gifitng subs or even writing things like this etc.
