Someone is taking my free subs from twitch!! I contacted support and asked why I haven't been able to give my sub to the only channel I give it to since I haven't been giving it to anyone else. He then proceeds to tell me I have been giving my sub to kizkati, vlydinu, rubenpubg and probably a few other channels. vlydinu has over 1K followers and not a single video. The other two channels don't even exist. All too fishy if you ask me. The costumer support gave me a free sub in compensation but I'm afraid this might happen again. As suggest, I will change my…

Dit ter verbetering van de stream, en het eventueel kunnen navragen wat zijn of haar beweegredenen waren om te vertrekken. Mejorar la interacción del personal con el usuario El servicio de soporte me parece pésimo y se tarda mucho. Ojalá pudieran mejorar esto. Uno de mis streamers favoritos esta baneado y ustedes no le dicen nada. Me gusta mucho esta plataforma, pero creo que todos merecemos un buen soporte y buena atención al cliente.

alternatives to suspensions rather than straigth away suspending the accound there should be a suspension from chat for a period of time where the individual can not speak in any chat rather than an accound suspension as the account suspensions stops the individuals from gaining limited time drops and stop them from subbing or gifitng subs or even writing things like this etc.
