Can't
I can't follow a fellow streamer. The follow button is blocked for my account and I have reached out to them and ask if the problem was a ban. They replied and told me that I was indeed not banned. I have my account verified in all fields as well. I'd like to be able to follow them and give them my support and know when they go online in case I want to raid them. The account in question is GebsArt. They are a lovely and very kind person and artist.
