How about you actually look at dispute claims, rather than ignoring them?
How long does it take to respond to one single ticket, it's been 11 days already and I haven't heard so much as a "we'll review it shortly" or anything, why do you have a disputes section if you're going to completely ignore it?
I was completely unfairly suspended for "hate speech" by one person - the very person that was the one performing the hate speech, yet I am the one that gets suspended for 30 days, what a joke!
I understand that you have to give the reporter the benefit of the doubt so that IF it is legitimate, you're not having any hate speech on your platform and you're covered, but if that's how the system works, you HAVE to actually RESPOND to you dispute tickets.
I shudder to think how many responsible streamers, doing the right thing and having an entertaining, wholesome stream are getting shut down by one racist ******* with no life.
Seemingly one person could just go and shut down 20 or 30 streams for a whole month just because they can, and hundreds, potentially thousands of people suffer because Twitch apparently just do not care.
I've been patient and I've been understanding, but I'm almost halfway through the entire suspension now for something I didn't even do!
Please. Fix. This
