Support is absolute horrible
Stop replying to support requests once and then marking as resolved when nothing is resolved. This happened twice.
First time I got a generic copy/pasted email, which absolutely IGNORED anything I had written in the request itself. Then it was marked as resolved.
Second time, a human answered with an actual reply, I immediately replied back but the issue was, again, already closed.
This is really, really, really bad support. It's absolutely disgraceful.
You either don't care about your users, or you are completely oblivious to the quality of your support staff.
So here's my idea: Get your **** together Twitch.
I have had the same issue trying to retrive my account. They said they would sort it twice and took off account authentication but they did it to the account that submited the ticket and then they changed the email of it to one I didn't even mention that I also owned. Which I assume is what the old account was connected two. I then had to submit another ticket and they said that I wasn't providing enough information. I keep sending emails to figure out what else to give them and how 5 invoices isn't enough. They just keep reresolving the case... No attempts to help or assist me in what extra information to give or an explanation on why they did the email thing. Why can't they have a support service like amazon or many others have in which you can actually type or speak to an actual adviser. I feel like this is something that could easily be fixed with real communication...
I have had the same thing happen at which case the next ticket I submitted was marked as duplicate and closed immediately. With twitch not having helped or solved any problem I still have with my account. My issue was not resolved. Stop saying it was when you've done nothing.
