Be more careful to do what you say you are going to do if you email a client. When you send a renewal notice for a stream & receive renewal payment, make sure it goes to the stream intended and not another in you line-up. I feel like you used fraud to steal from me.

Can't I can't follow a fellow streamer. The follow button is blocked for my account and I have reached out to them and ask if the problem was a ban. They replied and told me that I was indeed not banned. I have my account verified in all fields as well. I'd like to be able to follow them and give them my support and know when they go online in case I want to raid them. The account in question is GebsArt. They are a lovely and very kind person and artist.

I cant update my account with my mobile phone number "Error updating phone number Only mobile phone numbers may be used." This is the message I get when I try to add my mobile phone to my account. I don't know why it wont send me the code. I have had a mobile number for years. Any help would be appreciated

Al completar el formulario, en el paso 4 donde se registra la forma de pago, al llegar al ultimo paso y dar siguiente la pagina se actualiza y pide nuevamente verificar la cuenta, y el paso 4 no se completa y asi se mantiene pues no me permite llenarlo ya que llegando al final la pagina se actualiza y vuelve a pedir verificación. Arreglen eso porfa ya llevo una semana desde que consegui el logro de afiliado y no puedo aun llenar ese formulario, y no... no se trata de un problema en los datos…1 voteHey there!

Enable Drops as In-Game Content for Prime Gamers under Family Accounts Help me figure out how I'm not getting drops from Twitch to my Prime Gaming account because I signed up under a family Prime Subscription as an additional user. Submitting tickets doesn't seem to generate any response at all.

Help I'm having this problem. This premium content is not available in your region. (Error #1). I never had it before, I changed to a new house and I cant watch my streamer anymore, I'm even subscribed to him. This makes me sad.

How to get an issue resolved of not being able to add friends Out of the blue, I'm unable to add friends. Nowhere near 500 friends. Tried I tried to add friends on Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. Tried on a windows 10 machine and Mackbook Pro. I even tried using my phone data and nothing works.
My daughter is on the same network as me and she can add friends.
Crazy thing is, if a person follows my channel I can add them as a friend.

Please fix the iPad dropping internet problem The twitch app on iPad keeps dropping my wi-fi.
I am not sure where to post this but my iPad keeps losing internet connection (even though the iPad itself still thinks its connected).
I have been having this issue for years, and am sure you are aware of the problem.
Here is just hoping that it will some day be fixed because this is getting tiresome.Cheers
