   Meu nome é tenho 40 anos e em um esforço de tentar dar o melhor para meus familiares. Virei um jogador compulsivo de cassino online. E hoje venho falar com vc que está aí com a fé esperança de tentar ficar rico como eu tentei . Não entre nesse mundo pois vc não sabe o que e quão ruim é isso. São noites pensando em co pagar contas que estão por vir . Se vc acredita em mau esse é a forma mais rápida de infligir a vc e sua família. Relato de uma pessoa que um dia acreditou que dinheiro era fácil de conseguir mais não é não jogue e não estrague sua vida. Deus abençoe sempre sua vida 🙏. Dia 2 ainda na luta, porém acredito que já consigo ficar só sem ter alguém para me olhar. Não tenho vontade de jogar. Graças ao meu bom Deus. Dia 16 ainda luto com esse problema já não sei bem o que fazer para resolver tais coisas. Irei ter que fazer um empréstimo muito alto para poder pagar as minhas dividas aquiridas. Eu nunca fiz tanta merda na minha vida e o pior e que não consigo para fico naquela de tentar reaver todo aquele dinheiro que gastei porém não consigo. Preciso muito de uma ajuda porém o medo e a vergonha me deixam muito pra baixo. O que eu devo fazer já estou ficando louco com isso tudo e o pior e que as contas vão começar a chegar e não sei o que irei fazer pra resolver isso. Mais um dia nesse se passou e ainda sofro com essa vontade louca e insaciável de jogar. Ainda mais quando eu perco dinheiro. Não sei bem o que posso fazer para resolver esse problema espero uma ajuda divina só assim conseguirei resolver esse problema no qual me meti. Novamente estou aqui pra falar que hoje me meti. Em uma tremenda encrenca pois pedir todo o dinheiro da conta da minha mãe e da minha estou negativo em mais de 100mil reis e não sei mais o que fazer qual o rumo tomar pois se não aposto as contas chegam então não irei ter o dinheiro se aposto as vezes ganho e consigo pagar as contas. Não tenho contro de minha vida. E o pior as pessoas quee ajudaram não tem como fazer isso. Pensamento de morte o que eu estou fazendo hoje. Para que isso não ocorra com mais ninguém peço que vcs revejam essa política de cassino na plataforma.

   hello, good morning, I comment my doubt on August 29, they hacked me, taking away my amazon epic games facebook and twitter account and I had an account with an affiliate, unfortunately yesterday the 9th they used it as a bot account and they ask what I had, it would be if I show that that account is not a bot account and I show that they hacked me they would return it to me

8. Please dont ban people for no reason

   I dont really understand why but my friend was banned 2x for doing hot tub stream. i thought this category is approved on twitch, you can see many people doing that. Girl did not break any rule because her bikini were fully opaque and she was just singing in the kids pool and the category was correct at thtat time . this is unfair !!! her name is afflynn . i swear to god she is innocent

9. Please Dont ignore ban appeals of innocent streamers who did not break the rules

   I dont really understand why but i was banned 2x for doing hot tub stream. i thought this category is approved on twitch, you can see many people doing that. I am sure that i did not break any rule and i am being ignored please care more about your streamers because unfair account suspension can really destroy a life of someone .

10. Need a way to have direct contact with Twitch Moderation team

    I have been struggling to get into contacts with them for being wrongfully banned in the past, not getting an appeal, then my account having a strike (Which now leading me to not having access to follower emotes) You'd think the mods would do a better job looking into something & even at least talk to said accused person of being banned for something that wasn't their fault.

    Its been almost over a year now, I've done everything to ask for help, send many tickets & being told they can do nothing for me because its the moderation team side that did this & I can look to get a appeal for my ban (Which was over a year ago, so how is that going to help me?) Twitch is no help when comes to actually helping their community, and when someone is wrongfully banned (Again, the person reported me apologized THEMSELVES for jumping into assumption to report me instead of letting me know what was a "bad word")

    Let me tell you this,

    People who are from a different side of the world, cannot and WILL NOT know what is a slur in other sides of the country, states, etc. Punishing someone for not knowing, AND not even READING the entire chat conversation about what the word was said, its unbelievable now these days that a food word is suddenly a racial slur.

    Please, have a way for us Twitch users who're wrongfully banned to have a way to reach out to said Twitch Moderation Team who takes care of these bans- So we can at least have the ability to use the follower's emotes. This is unfair, again being wrongfully banned & even the reporter admitting they did something wrong by jumping into assumption someone was being racist with them having no KNOWLEDGE it was a racist slur.

11. Phone numbers

    I am from Portugal and because of that I can't participate in some chats from certain streamers because their chat require the confirmation of my phone number, but Twitch does not accept my phone number because it is from Portugal. That is stupid! Please change this!

    I've just experienced this issue with my account. Twitch emailed me with the issue and sent me instructions on what I should do. I've done my part and sent them an email and no respond why.

    why twitch support not give attention to support tickets we send and explain why for we really suspended for ip or other reasons and why support keep ignore any one have the same problem

14. Payout on hold

    i have just experienced this issue with my account. Twitch emailed me with the issue and sent me instructions on what I should do. I've done my part and sent them an email last 10 days but until now I haven't received any updates about it and now my payout is held and it's near net 15 already which means I only got one day to resolve this but I don't think it'll be enough. I'm really frustrated because this could've been resolved much earlier. Hope this get attention

ANYONE CAN USE ANOTHER PHONE THE IS REALLY NOT THIER OWN TO SPOOF YOUR DUMB SITE AND THUS THEN BE VERIFIED. HOW ABOUT YOU ALLOW LANDLINE VERIFICATION AS WELL. BECEUASE YEAH SITES THAT ARE FAR SMALLER THAN YOURS AHVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR A DECADE NOW ALONG WITH CELLULAR VERIFICATION. GIVE PEOPLE OPTIONS YOU CONTROLLING CLOWNS. THAT IT ALL.
