Introduce a Official Twitch app for Samsung TVs (Tizen OS)

I have a UN40JU6500 and it doesn't have a native twitch app. I don't want to buy a Amazon Fire TV just for the Twitch app since my TV is already a Smart TV. (it even has a amazon prime video app)
