echo show Better integration of Twitch and easier/more reliable use of Twitch via Alexa/Echo devices and Fire TV... I should be able to easily change channels and watch twitch streams via Echo Show 8/10/5 as well as stream Twitch audio to an Echo Studio Stereo Pair... the Echo skill is unreliable at best, and makes it difficult to change between streamers... and the Fire TV skill does not support raids and just ends the channel...

Don’t show the UI immediately when a channel loads With the latest app update (on or around 3/30/22), when a channel loads on the FireTV app, the UI loads in front of it.
The screen is obscured by a somewhat opaque black layer, which covers or hides the content. The channel name and information about the channel as well as action buttons (settings, show chat window, report) appear as part of this interruption.
BUT YOU CAN’T CLOSE THE UI IMMEDIATELY, to get to the content faster. This is incredibly frustrating.
In the previous version it was awkward, but at least doable, either by pressing up or down while on…

Remember the quality that I select on Amazon Fire Stick I am tired of having to reselect the quality from 1080p to 480p every single time that I put on a new stream. Please remember my choice of 480p as the default for every channel

Sending emotes in TV apps Currently it's not possible to participate to the chat from the FireTV App.
Sending text messages from the TV is definetly not reasonable. But selecting emotes to support some kind of hype in the chat could be easy doable with the FireTV remote.I think that increases the feeling to be a part of the stream as viewer and therefore the viewers satisfaction. Also it could be one more reason to subscribe to that streamer.

filter and keyboard of the Fire TV Cube 1.) At the moment it doesn't seem to be possible to filter for German or other languages with the current Fire TV Cube app. There is therefore no longer any way of seeing which language the respective stream is in. This was still possible in the old version of the app.
2.) I don't like that you can no longer send short messages using the Fire TV Cube keyboard and that you have to use the Twitch app on your cell phone or tablet.4 votes -
Hello, Hello, for the first time in 3 years and 2 months the twitch helpdesk has me to come here to talk about my problem. My problem is that twitch on my firestick only restarts and it's impossible to use it. It would be nice to tell me the procedure to follow to solve the problem because after more than 3 years and 2 months the twtich help service is incapable.

upgrade quality of twitch app on tv some streamers I can watch perfectly some freezing 10 seconds after clicking there stream. I think also animated emotes should be added to the chat on tv. When watching it’s just a picture.. same with bttv if it would work. I think aswell I’ve seen with alot of streams they start loading after 5 minutes for a few seconds and it delays the stream for how you view it. Hope my feedback helps.

Large Channels (GDQ, Twitch) video stutters on FireTV app When watching large channels (GDQ, Twitch's Main Channel, etc), the video constantly buffers and stutters only on the FireTV app. I have it streaming on both console, desktop and mobile to check and it always does it on those channels, but only on the FireTV app. I don't know if they use a special ingest server, or those streams are handled differently, but its only those channels, and it happens on every broadcast.

Fire TV VOD Watching twitch on the Fire TV (Stick) app is actually possible since the updates last year, but some features are still missing.
I logged into my account and was missing the tab for VODs of my followed channels.
So there is no easy way to find out what streams of your followed channels you may have missed. Even if you know you missed one, you have to go to their page first which especially is a nuisance if you follow alot of channels which you have to scroll through. Using the remote control to search for a channel is even…3 votes -
Fire TV display only streams in default language In the popular tab, please make some easy way to display streams only in default language. As far as I can tell, the only way to do this right now is to go to the search bar and type in "English" etc.
It is quite a hassle to scroll past all of these other language streams that I cannot understand.4 votes -

Fire TV app: playback of broadcasts should have the chat window as well. Why doesn't the Fire TV app support the chat window from previous broadcasts?

Add a language filter option on the Amazon Fire TV app Title. Given the stability and usability of the app as a whole, having to /attempt/ to cycle through several screens worth of channels is already a gamble. Please allow the Fire TV app to have an option to filter by language, or embed the setting within the user account settings.

Add different chat options to Twitch app on Amazon Fire Stick Add different chat options to Twitch app on Amazon Fire Stick
Like the recent IOS upgrade, I think it would be awesome to be able to toggle the chat on the Twitch firestick app to have a black background, as well as being able to toggle it to be transparent and overlaid on the right/ left hand side of the stream you're watching making having chat open on a TV much more enjoyable

Screen scaling on Fire TV, the boundaries of the screen don't adjust correctly like other apps do. Because of this there is a portion of the video that is off screen, some TV's have options to adjust the edge scanning, but not all do and it can be annoying to change it every time just to watch twitch.
