Resizeable pop out player - Resize the pop out player that shows on top of other apps. Make the popout player resizeable. Currently the popout player is so small, it's practically useless. I have to use the multiapp feature on android be able to see the stream but that doesn't work well with some apps.
You need to enable the resize feature like other apps have including mx player and new pipe. Currently I'm using a 3rd party twitch app to play streams via mx player, just so I can resize the popout player.

Audio Options So it's been pointed out recently with some of the twitch app adjustments that we have options for Background Audio on Android.
This partly came as a shock, because: A) It's only possible to listen two audio specifically if they have encoder options for Video. B) After it was added into settings it was defaulted as "never" over the other two options.
While troubleshooting with a streamer and other individuals in chat, it seems that these options are not the same on Android and IOS; in that, Android has them -- IOS does not, is there a pending update or…

android keyboard Give an option on the Android App to either hide the keyboard after sending every message or to keep it up constantly. Currently, the keyboard on Android closes after sending every message which I do not like.

( Timestamps & Calendar Day ) for Twitch Whispers I would love to see a notated feature for ( Timestamps & Calendar Day ) for twitch whispers that are Received or Sent to and from a recipient. That way the messages can be addressed properly if either user forgets to check the notification window.

Recent button for audio only background, Home button for pop out When I updated to the latest version, both home and recent buttons are for pop out mode. is it intentional?
While in 14.4.0 version, I can use the recent button for audio-only background mode, home button for pop out. that's far better. no need to go to setting for audio only / pop out on or off.

Use the Android 13 media player!!! You guys on the update before the last, not sure if that even matters because this change happened literally on the fly. But, you made the app use the android 13 media player and you fixed the PIP feature I've been emailing you and requesting for over half a year now.
What i mean is the PIP window used the animation that YouTube uses apon swiping out of the app, and it came along with the android 13 media player change.

The chat box on mobile is too dang big I was good with the old chat box size. Now it takes up too much screen real estate and shrinks the stream. Now I'm more much more likely to watch sans chat, especially when ads pop up on the side.

Able to click links on Mobile and changing the color in chat when you are being @ Able to click links while on the mobile app in a streamers chat. Also changing the color of your username back to white when being @ in dark mode, since its now black. Its just hard to see while being in dark mode.

awarennes of your place I have no idea if this is on the desktop version but hey, how about a way to know in the channels I follow (without having to speak clearly) I have some Vip/Mod/Ban rank/badges etc, like when you subscribe or they give you sub the channel tells you, who it was and how long you have left until it expires, for example when the channel is disconnected, put a sticker of the sword or the acronym that you have there;

Allow people to subscribe in Tier 2 or Tier 3 on Mobile About 50 to 60% of the people that watch other streamers on Twitch do so VIA Mobile. I notice on Mobile though when going to Subscribe you can only do that in only Tier 1. You should give mobile the options for viewers to choose either a Tier 2 or Tier 3 subscription. I had alot of my viewers that want to do that but they was unable to because they watch via mobile.

Optimize clipping and clip organization Optimize clipping. Literally anything, even removing clipping entirely, would improve this.
This is the current workflow for clipping on Android 10 app version 13.1.1:
load the currently live streamer's homepage in twitch app by clicking on their name, not image icon.
Close the live video by swiping down if it pops up. Make sure you've clicked on the livestreamer's name, not image icon.
close the live video again, if necessary.
go to video tab and scroll down to "most recent", then choose the first video, even if it doesn't seem to have the right post time or runtime.

Support physical keyboards and other alternate means of typing, especially in chat. I use a physical keyboard with my Android device. Most apps (so far, ALL of my apps except for Twitch) support physical keyboards automatically. If Twitch supported physical keyboards for chat, I'd be able to engage with streams no matter where I am. As it is, if I want to chat with streamers, I have to move to my PC so I can use a keyboard.

Headphone button to background the stream Can you guys please add the headphone button the same way youtube has it in the PIP window to background the stream if we choose to want to just background the app and have audio only. I've requested this by emails but never get any response.
