add VOD playback speed on mobile

Changing playback speed on twitch VODs have been useful for quickly scrubbing through archives or slow motion down eventful moments. However, it's currently only available for desktop. It would be a nice feature to be made available for mobile and tablets.

    Imagine this. It's 2023.. Playback speed should be implemented by default everywhere. And even should have option for more then 2.0x

    Now we have to choose:
    Either we go to website play at 2.0x with no chat.
    Or use App to see chat but play 1.0x

    I see this has been implemented on the desktop and mobile browser sites. The mobile version doesn't allow for viewing of chat as well. The Android app offers chat, but not speed control. It would be nice to have full feature parity between the three user experiences.

    I can't see a reason why this isn't an option on the mobile app if it's already there on desktop really hope this gets implemented soon

    I think this is a reason for a phone user only to not sub on a channel who has vods on subonly cause he can't play it on 2x
    (That's my case)

    Kevin Pan, did you manage to suggest the idea? The inclusion of this feature is CRITICAL for watching hours long broadcasts. It's the only reason I don't use the Twitch app more. I watch videos everywhere at 1.5x speed, so Twitch on mobile just feels slow to me. If this were included, I would use the Twitch app EVERY. DAY.
