Improve Xbox One Twitch Broadcasting The Twitch Snap app on the Xbox One needs improvements. I suggest to not to freeze or stop games whenever we switch to the snap app of Twitch because my games freeze whenever that happens.

Give the option to make the camera full-screen on the Xbox One app You can change the position of the camera to four different corners of the screen on the Xbox One Twitch app, why not give the option to make the camera full-screen? This would be excellent for relaxing and chatting with viewers before/after a broadcast.

Able to remove or move the broadcasting message while streaming twitch on xbox one When broadcasting on xbox one by snapping twitch, the broadcasting message is very visible and distracting, right in the middle of the screen on the bottom. I dont know why this was never implemented but we should have an option to move that message or remove it entirely.

Make it easier to do more from PS4 Make it easier to do more while streaming from PS4. For example whenever I start streaming kingdom hearts I have to manually change the category from my phone, which will for whatever reason go back to no category mid stream making, it even harder to be seen than it already is. I also have no way to do anything with the stream other than start it and hope people don’t mind the lack of an overlay.

2020 Xbox One Stream Overlay Bar Improvements! Hi, I would like to throw in another Feedback request for the Xbox One Twitch Experience. I have Signed up for the Beta via the Xbox Insider app. The one Key thing I find is really a hassle about the app is:
- The Stream Overlay Bar, the Bar that tells you the time your live and how many viewers you have.
I have noticed a few people have already put in Idea requests for this and it has fallen unto deaf ears. One post that has been up here since November 8th 2015 stating my same issue has no resolution…

New console update is not user friendly Not being able to chat on console is an issue. I like the idea of the phone chat option but keep it just that; an option.
Not being able to tab full screen and chat using Square button is frustrating. Having to search for full screen and chat tab is frustrating.
Square no longer has an input command.
New home page seems cluttered and messy compared with previous version.
In summary, simple is better and being able utilize controller to tab fullscreen and to chat worked just fine in the previous version.I do thank you for removing the double…

Enable chat on PS4/ps5 app Why remove the ability to text while using the PlayStation app. I just don't understand the concept you just made me not want to use twitch even more. I don't understand how removing the ability to type on the PlayStation app helps twitch in any way shape or form if anything it definitely makes things more difficult for people who want to watch on their big TV like me but also occasionally want to send a message to the Creator.

Background music accessibility and use On Xbox ( and PlayStation )Make it so you can capture audio from background music apps such as Spotify or YouTube in the background to Play non DMCA music. It’s difficult to grow and it’s a good filler to silence and it keeps viewers interested. I ask you to have an option in your app for this or to just have it as an accessibility thing in menus. I feel like this is needed and heavily wanted as it helps so much and helps the entertainment levels stay up. Please and thank you twitch staff :)

Extra features to twitch xbox app I would like to see these ideas added to the xbox twitch app and make a way to add a snap feature back to xbox so I can see chat from stream on my tv. Allow Console Streamers To Raid I would love to raid my friends and favorite streamers when I'm done with my stream. On console, I can't do that unfortunately. Please allow it to where we can raid people on xbox. I feel like I'm missing out on the streaming experience without it.

Bring back the old twitch app version on ps4 &5 Bring back old version of the console twitch app now! It was good and it worked and I could watch months of vods and catch up on them. It worked fine, twitch didn’t need to change anything.

Disable autoplay Disable autoplaying videos in the twitch app. No video should ever start playing unless I manually select it, especially when I simply load the app and it just starts playing something random. I don't care about your featured streamers or games. Stop it.

Twitch Xbox One App needs higher res/ bitrate Now that Mixer allows for streaming at 1080p and bitrate around 4000 (seems to be around that). Isn't it time for an updated twitch app to allow for higher bitrate for our streams. I really don't want to use Mixer as I prefer twitch. I hope Twitch have not forgotten about Xbox users.

No one wants to hold their phone and stare down at chat when they are trying to watch a stream on their TV.
Spend 5 seconds thinking about that. Where are your eyes? On the stream, or down at chat?
Here's a great idea: Remove chat from PC app and web browser.
EVERYONE PULL OUT YOUR PHONE SO YOU CAN CHAT.
Who wants to use a keyboard? Ewww. Or view chat while they are watching stream? ewwww...

Layouts on Console I want Layouts when I broadcast and so do you. Twitch can use Stramlabs or make there own OBs on their page I would use it and put layouts on our streams.

Revert Console Twitch App!!!! Please revert the twitch app to the old native console application. The new app resembles the TV interface and is far less user friendly. The update is a complete downgrade with no benefits whatsoever. Some examples on PS5
- No longer able to chat in the application.
- We can no longer close the video overlay by pressing Circle. Doing that exits the video we are watching! We now have to wait for a few seconds for the video overlay to fade out on its own.This is a horrible update that was completely unnecessary. The old app worked just…

I want to cheer on PS4 cheering is currently easy PC. please reconfigure twitch chat commands to make cheering possible on PlayStation, Xbox, and Mobile. I am willing to go to the web browser to buy bits. cheering on other apps should be as easy as building a chat bot.

Allow console app users to type in chat without requiring scanning a qr code and using a mobile device. Current app update on xbox requires a user to scan a qr code then use a mobile device in order to type in chat. The ability to type in chat should be native to the Xbox app and not require external devices.
