Xbox One Disable/Change Viewer Overlay
The ability to toggle the streamer's on-screen viewer overlay on his screen, to off, or a smaller text, a moved text, or even just a red "Live" icon with a small text in a choice corner of the screen is more than enough. The placement is very intrusive, and misleading to someone who needs to see scanners, maps, health, and so on.
Many a time I have heard games exploding about "This friend is online" via the Xbox, but this does go away in seconds, so to put the Viewers count there, with a large ammount of text, that cant be toggled off seems silly to me.
Request: A feature in the snapp app, that;
1. Can disable the vViewer count overall.
2. Move the Viewer count.
3. Scale the viewer count.
4. Change the overlay to a red "Live" icon with the number only next to it. (Preferably placed via layout by user selection)
5. Simply change the layout to the "Viewers" icon, and the number alone. "Broadcasting" can be replaced with a red dot, and "Viewers" can be replaced with a tiny indicator, if necessary.
Thank you for your time, and I hope this doesn't cross deaf ears.
Hey everyone - Just wanted to pop in here and give you a response on this feedback. Unfortunately, after speaking with the associated teams here at Twitch, we are unable to action on these suggestions due to the Xbox overlay system being dictated by Microsoft. You can leave the Xbox team feedback here.
Apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you all for leaving us your feedback. If you have any additional suggestions for Twitch, please feel free to create a new post for us.

I think Twitch is losing a lot of hits making PUBG players on xbox not be able to stream due to this.

Overlay is too intrusive and lack of options to hide or move make some games unstreamable. Please fix ASAP.

Please please please make this change! It covers important text in many games, and it seems to make the stream glitch out on the bottom of the screen for viewers.
Like I see the overlay, but people watching my stream dont. Instead the area where it would be looks like its been dragged and stretched downward to cover it.

Tried to stream Monster Hunter, but this overlay is right over the NPC text..so I can't read anything of what the NPCs are saying unless I wait the 25 seconds for the stream to catch up and read it on the laptop, or snap and unsnap the chat ui for it to be gone and repop up 7ish seconds later...
Came looking for a way to move it or disable and I find this post. From 2015....it's now 2018 and there is still no options for move/disable/opacity? Is this just a ploy to get people frustrated with the Twitch app enough to stream to Mixer instead? Hmm...

Need to be able to move the overlay in corners. Also, need transparent chat overlay so that we can see the chat and also set that overlay anywhere we like.

This is so stupid... transparent even makes things better, at PS4 Twitch don’t have any layout when streaming, so I think it is Microsoft problem.

Honestly. The overlay is the SAME as Mixer. Why can we move that one and not Twitch? Is it Microsofts job or is it up to Twitch? It’s not a setting in the app but in the guide button, that Xbox uses to let you access the settings. I really think it’s Microsoft’s job to implement the option when using twitch and not twitches job. It’s the same box that comes up when using mixer so I don’t know what the deal is. Either way, it’s been way to long. Fix this soon.

Please! On PUBG it covers your health, boost and ammo. Especially since so many people have been requesting it already, for a long time.

+100 it's pretty crazy that you can't at least move/adjust the transparency of the bar. Gets in the way of so many games.
