page has no download link This page says "The Twitch Authorization SDK is a library that provides access to Twitch Authentication through an API targeted at applications used by Twitch broadcasters." But it has no instruction on how or where to DOWNLOAD THE SDK!!!!!!

Allow streamer access token to modify redemption status without reward creator client ID In the web UI, moderators are able to complete/reject redemptions. However, the PATCH https://api.twitch.tv/helix/channel_points/custom_rewards/redemptions API endpoint requires the reward to be created with the same client ID that is used to update the redemption, or it returns a 403.
This restriction is needless when considering the aforementioned leniency on the web UI.

property height didn't work Hi I'm from Argentina. I have added to my website twitch VOD and I had a problem in the object config using javascript because ie: the property height: 800 has no results and I couldn't manipulate <div id="twitch-embed"> heigth. Width propety worked properly. How can I fix the height <div> problem? Regards Dan.

API for Twitch Notifications Twitch supports two categories of notifications for users on their site: My Channel and My Twitch. My Channel provides updates related to broadcasts, such as subscriptions or donations. My Twitch provides updates mainly about game drops and other loot related activities.
I propose extending the My Twitch notifications so developers can send custom notifications to users directly on the Twitch platform. These notifications would act similar to drop notifications and would appear in the My Twitch feed. Provide "Shared Bans" information to third Parties With more Information on the "Shared Bans" feature now being available, it would be nice to have information about them available to third Parties, specifically in 2 Locations:
- When a user from a shared List joins and is marked as restricted or flagged, this should be returned on IRC - it probably already is, but the relevant tags should be documented and usable for third parties providing chat integrations / moderator tooling

More info needed for websocket dev server You've explained how to connect, but not how (or if) I should subscribe to events from the dev server. You should include a full example with the steps necessary to connect to the dev server, subscribe to it (if necessary), and send an event to test with.

EventSub Subscription Type: Advertisement Started I think an EventSub subscription type that would be really useful is one that alerts when an advertisement begins from the user's scheduled Ad Manager. This would allow bots the ability to post a message to users about the ad and remind them about subscribing and such when the ad begins.

Followed list to indicate subscription In your list of followed streamers, you can see which ones you have a gift subscription to. It would be great to see which channels you subscribe to in this list as well.

Windows CMD Single vs Double Quote Character Since Windoze CMD handles single quote vs double quote characters differently, you will get an error if you don't swap the single for double in

Lookup User by Display Name Add a "/users"-like API method that supports display names. This will let bot commands which have a username parameter support Asian-family character display names to be passed the same as Roman-alphabet channel names. It will also let systems verify that a provided name (channel or display) exists on Twitch, and merge any information for a user's display name with the information for that user's channel name, to prevent "duplicate" sets of data: one for the display name; one for the channel name.

[Charity] API to get donations of a recently ended Run The API for "Get Donations" currently only supports being able to get the donations of the currently running goal.
It is a common use case for when an eventsub charity.stop occurs that you would then go to the API can fetch the donations incompleteness for that charity drive.
And since it stopped the API will not return anything.
Please extend Get Charity Donations to support a campaign_id parameter.
This may required "Get Charity Campaign" to be extended to return recently closed Campaigns. This is similar to how Hype Trains API's work where the Get Hype Trains API will return recent…2 votes -

Please provide an API that allows authorised parties to increase/modify the goal on the channel.
The primary reason for this is to allow a moderator to update the goal whilst the streamer is busy streaming/reading donations/playing the game.
This could also be used for tiered targetting/target goals in an automated fashion "hey chat we met goal one of 100 dollars, lets get to goal two of 1000 dollars" and the control bot can auto update the goal when the first goal is met
