Provide a way for developers to test features which are Affiliate only. Features like Channel Points are restricted for Affiliate accounts only.
The fact that not all developers are streamers themselves too, makes it harder to test features like PubSub on the channelpoints topic. It makes them dependent on other affiliate streamers to test their codebase.
It would be nice if it was possible to have alternative ways to access those. either in a developer sandbox mode for testing, or by a waiver of the regular affiliate requirements for developers.

Doc site not usable on mobile Your entire dev site has no sidebar on mobile so you can’t get to most subpages without digging. Can these be added to a hamburger menu at small resolutions please?

Neither the issues repo or the Dev Uservoice are linked on the Support page https://dev.twitch.tv/support has no links to the dev Issues repository for bugs, or the uservoice for Feature Requests

Add a Developer Tools Section to the Devsite The creator dashboard available to broadcasters has a section with Streaming Tools that helps them identify what third-party tools can support them to achieve a high-quality stream.
The same experience should be available on the dev site so new developers can find which third-party tools they can leverage to build a top-notch Twitch integration.
