Design Dear Twitch team,
I love using your platform for streaming and watching my favorite creators, but I noticed that there isn't currently a category for design content. As a designer myself and a fan of design streams, I think it would be really useful to have a dedicated category for this type of content. It would make it easier for viewers to discover new design streams and for designers to connect with their audience.Please consider adding a "design" category to the platform. Make Front Page a True Landing Page - Allow users to put their top followed/viewed channels in the carousel
- Allow users to curate their own shelves
- Add clips with a viable algorithm based on viewing habits
- Keep recommended shelf
- Keep event shelf (Twitch Women's Guild, Unity Guilds, etc)
- Allow users to add shelves based on keywords, categories and/or tags
- Add a calendar that references top viewed channels and Twitch events so that users can see a glance of upcoming things from their favorite creators on front page
This will take away the need to rotate people on front page and the excess of people asking for front page…

Viewer Counts, Search, Votes, Discoverability Options One day per month, turn off viewer counts on all channels and randomize display on category searches.
Allow viewers to cast votes for what a channel has to offer (fun, chill, hype, etc). Use these to allow viewers to align their viewing habits based on these types of streamers for those that don't want to view by category
Enhance search ability for vods/clips allowing to find based on machine learning of what is being talked about, and eventually roll out AI integrated algorithms to deliver content that aligns with viewing habits

All audio goes through one tab When I have multiple twitch tabs open all the audio from the different tabs goes through a single tab. And when that tab is closed all audio stops on all the other tabs. To get the audio to work again I have to force close the tab in the browser task manager and refresh it because a normal refresh doesn't work. This is on the web version of Twitch on Chrome.

For not relevant channels There should be an option to select a channel that we do not want to see in the future, with the help of an additional option that would say "I do not want to know about the channel in the future" or "do not recommend this channel", and thus it would be possible to completely customize who and what channel you want to watch.

Allow VODs to be searched by tag If I search for "Love2D"

I only see current live streams or VODs with that term in the title,
I should also be able to see VODs that were tagged with that tag.
e.g. if I go to: https://www.twitch.tv/directory/all/tags/Love2D
Presumably this is because VODs don't store the tags that were set during the stream, so this information isn't currently available to search on, but it would be useful to be able to search for content if you could find older VODs and highlights by tags.

Aquarium. Category Missing I'm about to stream a Visual Novel which has an IGDB page (https://www.igdb.com/games/aquarium--1), but it doesn't seem to be in twitch's categories even though it seems to have all the info necessary.

Duplicate categories for Mega Man X There are now two categories on Twitch for the game Mega Man X, they can be found here:

https://www.twitch.tv/directory/category/mega-man-x-1The first category has 85,000 followers, while the second (duplicate) category has 12 followers. Because of the duplication, it is making it extremely difficult for Mega Man X streamers to stream under the correct category. In the Stream Manager, selecting "Mega Man X" as your category will almost always cause you to stream to the duplicate category, making it much more difficult for followers of the original category to find your stream.

OPT in/out from latest categoty browse UI change Before the latest change, you had a very neat display of all available channels in the category.
after the change, you only have a tiny bit of the screen to actually browse - overshadowed by a giant preview that can't be removed.
this makes finding the stream you want so much harder, to the point of dejecting users from even trying.an ability to simply collapse the preview would solve this without interfering with the change itself - although personally I think it's just not needed at all

Embed buttons for switching broadcasts When visiting Twitch, you need to select a broadcast to watch, and to switch to other broadcasts, you need to go back to the suggestions table and select again.
This method is inconvenient for new users; it forces them to return to the list of suggestions again and again, which is annoying.
It is much more convenient to have toggle buttons on the broadcast player to simply switch broadcasts, as is implemented on some streaming sites.

fade in and out audio of clips I do reccomend to implement the option to fade in/out the audio of clips.
Music stream´s clips would be easier to cut whilst improving the listeners experience.

Mauremys reevesii I want to add this as a category as ive started to send live of my turtles (Mauremys reevesii) Aquarium dosent quite meet the match as it is not really a aquarium, This is more reptile land and water based terrarium. La catégorie "Poker" a disparu et les streameur sur cette catégorie sont introuvable La catégorie Poker a disparu depuis plus d'une semaine et toutes les personnes qui streament sur cette catégorie sont invisible/introuvable. J'ai l'impression que cela concerne que twitch FR car un streameur que je suis "LexVeldhuis" continue de streamer et a des viewers mais est introuvable de mon côté hormis si je cherche une ancienne de ses vidéos, que je me rends sur sa page et je vois effectivement qu'il est en live. Même en utilisant la barre de recherche il n'est pas possible pour moi de le trouver.

Cover Art for Non-Gaming Category (not on igdb) I have a update for a cover art for Non-Gaming Category (Go).
This game is not allowed on IGDB, because it is like chess, not a game for PC.

Shrapnel - FPS web3 game (incorrect category being added after Stream is completed) After my stream has concluded for Shrapnel (the FPS web3 game), the Twitch platform incorrectly switches the category to another Shrapnel category with the same name, but it's a different title. This needs to be fixed so I can correctly categorize my stream. Currently, I have multiple streams categorized incorrectly. This is very frustrating when trying to gain exposure and awareness of a new game that's currently in pre-alpha stage.
