Twitch category name collision
Currently two (or more) games with the exact same name (usually reboots) share the same category in Twitch. And all the cover art, description, tags are taken from only one of the games. This usually means that the other game(s) effectively completely lacks a page on twitch, despite being a completely different game and having unique gameplay. Can something be done about this?

Please do what Kitfox is asking. As a general rule, I'd trust the word of the actual game developer over an Indie Games Database run by Amazon.

In this case, the game developers know their game better than your wiki editor. Dwarf fortress fans want to see all the streams in one place.

Wondering how fun Tencent would find it if Amazon pulled the same kind of thing with LoL : one for aram, one for tft, one for ranked tft one for ranked 5v5 solo/duo, one for ranked 5v5 flex... time each patch !
Mayhem, utter Mayhem !
Which is why they don't do that. So why do it for Dwarf Fortress and refuse to change it back to correct behavior ??? -

Just do it already

Please merge these categories

It makes no sense to have these separate categories. Merging them is a must!

Why would these be different? It's just the continuation of the same game under development.

Please merge these categories....

Dwarf Fortress is Dwarf Fortress. The one and only! There should only be one category for all of it.

All modes/updates/DLCs for 1 game should be put under that one game so that people can find the streams, etc. related to it. The search feature should also direct them to the 1 game page; not to different ones. Thank you for letting us know about this issue and I really hope this petition works.

I wish Amazon would stop floundering around in the game industry.

Why wouldn't the creators of the game be in charge of setting up and managing these categories? Why do they have to rely on a petition?

Twitch Bruh moment. All of the modes in the game (Fortress Mode, Adventure Mode, Legends Mode, Arena Mode, etc.) are a part of one game, that Being Dwarf Fortress. Dwarf Fortress Steam isn't a remaster, it is the same game on Bay12Games.com with graphics and music patched in on top of the same free game.

Why would one game have multiple directories?

Dwarf Fortress 2022 is not a remaster of Dwarf Fortress, it is just an update/patch of the original Dwarf Fortress 2006. These should be merged.
Dwarf Fortress: Adventure Mode is not a separate game; it is part of Dwarf Fortress. There should not be a separate entry here.
Just one Dwarf Fortress.

Who even edits that wiki? That person should at least look at the game before writing anything
