Separate LANGUAGE and NATIONALITY tags
People get confused as heck when you have two perceived language tags on i.e. English and German, but you're just trying to showcase that you're streaming in English but you are German.
Maybe put nationality in brackets after the nationality tag?
Hey there,
With the recent introduction of custom tags, we're happy to announce that you should be able to describe your stream in your own words (by language, by nationality, etc). For more information, feel free to check out our blog post: https://blog.twitch.tv/2022/08/01/custom-tags-discovery-on-your-terms/.

I noticed the tags for nationality were switched to just region. I don't think this is adequate personally. If I move I am still Canadian regardless of where I'm living.
We just need language to be separate and people should be able to select multiple languages. -

100% and this example also reinforces the need to have a set of streamer identity tags and a set of stream content tags.

French streamer, streaming in English. I don't use the language / nationality tags because either is wrong!

Yes, there needs to be some distinction between different type of tags. For example, Twitch tags like what language you stream in, category tags, nationality etc.
I use the nationality tag Austrian because we're not that many and it's great to be able to find others but stream in English. I frequently get new viewers who are confused about why I use the "wrong" tag / stream in English / ask if Austrian is even a language. Some clarification here would be greatly appreciated.
