Add Esperanto tag
Given the growing number of streamers who use the Esperanto language actively, perhaps it is time for Twitch to provide an Esperanto tag for the benefit of learners and native speakers who wish to identify such streamers quickly.
Hey there! Happy to announce that you can now add custom tags to your streams, for a total of ten tags. Custom tags allow you to describe your stream in your own words. For more information, check out our blog post: https://blog.twitch.tv/2022/08/01/custom-tags-discovery-on-your-terms/
Thank you for the feedback everyone!

Streaming services are increasingly competitive. Esperanto language users are multilingual people from across the globe. Learning that an entire community is nurtured and welcomed on Twitch could be the deciding factor for where people invest their time, expand their streaming business ideas, and develop their community of friends. The more tools are provided to Esperanto users the more apt they will be to expand invest in TwitchTV. As multilingual users, living across the globe, their presence will phenomenally expand the market in foreign and beloved countries. Esperanto is a global language for a truly global, dedicated group of people.

Adding Esperanto as a language option and as a tag to Twitch would be greatly appreciated. The worldwide Esperanto community is an engaged and enthusiastic group, and should be welcomed by Twitch through this small but significant acknowledgement.

As an Esperanto-language streamer, having an Esperanto tag would be incredibly helpful as it would more easily allow for other speakers and learners to find my channel and the channels of other Esperantists on Twitch. As of now, the only way to really know about an Esperanto-speaking streamer's channel is by word of mouth, which severely hinders the potential growth of the channel. The language may be considered a "hobby" by many, but its speakers take it seriously and are hungry for content. Please help make it easier for us to connect with one another!
