Add a Godot Engine tag

There is already a tag for Unity and for Unreal Engine but none for Godot. Godot Engine is an open-source engine that is growing a lot in popularity. This would help viewers find streams that relate to this engine.

    This + breaking GameDev or Programming into separate categories would be a huge QoL improvement for me as a viewer.

    "If I'm a bird, you're a bird"
    UE is a bird, Unity is , surely Godot is.
    All birds need tags.

    How is this not a thing yet?! I always, always find it hard to employ the right tactic to find the game developers on itch, the primary content I consume on the platform.

    It'd be nice if we could also get the game development category back, or, at the very least, tags were more of a first class citizen.
