separate disabled tags
I saw twitch's recent blog post about adding additional tags. One of those tags is the " disabled tag". I don't think this tag is specific enough, because there are many different (types of) disabilities. So I came up with two ideas. Either tags of specific disabilities like autism, ADHD, Tourette's syndrome, wheelchair and so on. Or a physical disability and a mental disability tag.

HeyGuys!
Super excited to share that we actually added 40 new tags today concerning different physical abilities and mental health! We’ve included ADHD, Autism, and Tourette Syndrome as part of those 40 added, but if you feel we missed anything please let us know!

I'm 100% behind this. Disabled is far from being specific enough. There are many types of disabilities and I feel like a generic tag not only opens things far too much for whining about something not fitting under their narrow definition of disability but doesn't really fully represent the streamer.
This is especially important to me as I am actually diagnosed as being on the Autism Spectrum. Specifically what used to be called Asperger's Syndrome before it got wrapped up under the rest of the spectrum. I'd love to be able to find people who raise awareness about autism especially as its still far too often used as an insult by people who have no understanding of what it is and the more awareness about the subject, hopefully the less that'll happen as time goes on.
