Increase amount of tags
With the increase in available tags, it would be wonderful to be able to pick more than 5 tags.
Could we get an increase in the amount of possible tags, so we don't have to struggle over which tags we want to go with? Like say, 10?

UNlimited Tags.

Having the Twtich support page direct people here is not the good look you seem to think it is y'all. It very much says, "yeah we know the tag limit is small especially with identity tags, but we won't change it unless you have a groundswell of support so we can look like the good guys again."

asking us to pick and choose which parts of our identity we get to use in the tags is truly not fair. increasing the number of tags we can use to something like 15-20 would be so much more inclusive and meaningful.

It would be great to have some distinction between identity tags and content tags, because there should not be a limit to how many identity tags you can have. It would also be great not to *remove* the identity tags from the existing content tags list, because they're still valid when the *content* is about those topics.

With the amazing & much coveted introduction of the 350+ new tags, the max 5 limitation on tags that streamers can add to their streams is obsolete. On-site discoverability on Twitch has been an ongoing common complaint & discourse among content creators. The new tags plus the ability to select all tags that apply to the creator, their community, & their content will vastly boost discoverability without ever having to log out of Twitch. The Tag limit should be removed.

how about having identity tags be account tags, that you can edit anytime and are added by default every time you stream, and don't take away from the stream-specific tags used to describe the actual stream content?

15 max would be way better. Plus adding in things like "Cozy", "Relaxed", "Comfy", "Chill", "Low Energy" will help me be able to find more streams which aren't always so hype all the time.

Something like 10 max or 15 max would be nice. That way you have enough space for content-related and streamer- and community-related tags. The tag space is isn't a major part of the stream real estate, so there's no harm in having more.

We need to be able to have at least 10+ tags. With the new addition of the 300+ tags I already maxed out before I even got a quarter of the way through the tag list.

As a biracial woman it's so hard to pick and choose the tags when we have so little slots. Please increase the tag slots to 10. Thank you.

I def need this updating to 10 tags, I'm having to cut off tags I had previously been using to define my identity, which takes up 3 tags easily.

Please increase the amount of tags to accommodate for all tags that are relevant to streamers. Approx 10-12 should be suitable.

You're including over 350 tags, so I really hope you're thinking of increasing that limit number as well. After the amount of time it took you to listen to us last time out, I really do hope this will be sorted significantly quicker XD

Tags can be categorized by stream content tags, and streamer identity tags. Streamers shouldn't have to compromise on either. A limit on tags make sense, but streamers shouldn't have to choose to talk less about themselves to talk more about their content, and vise versa.

I use three tags for gameplay alone (no spoilers, no backseating, and casual playthrough) for most games. Five isn't enough to fit the new identity tags. Please increase to 10. Thank you!

Love the new disability and chronic illness tags but would be nice to have a higher tag limit!
Doesn't need to be dramatically higher, but needs to be higher -

With only five tags available (four for those of us who use the closed captioning tag - which I will not be taking off because it's important), many creators like myself are going to have to choose which parts of their identity are most important when we feel they all equally are.

We 100% need an increased amount of tags. Even 10 would allow a mixture of identity based tags and content based tags. I feel it is incredibly important to showcase both sets of tags in my content, as being a storyteller and dungeon master for TTRPGs is just as much of what my content is about as my identity is. The two are inseparable for me because they inform the way I produce content, and I know many others feel the same way.
