Twitch Refuses to Admit it is not a Safe Space.
The LGBTQIA+ tag is not being used correctly and needs addressing. That tag should be exclusively used by the queer community. Anyone else i.e. an ally should have a tag that is called Safe Space to show support and that it is a good place for the community without prejudiced. There's too many none queer users that use the tag in order to profit off the community. This needs addressing and time after time Twitch fails to support. Either fix it or admit it. Choice is yours.
Hey there,
Thank you so much for this feedback. Feedback like this helped us look at what tags we added to Twitch. We do want Twitch to be safe for everyone, fostering communities to be able to connect and show support for one another. How users identify themselves, and where they choose to share that information, is a personal decision. Twitch will not regulate a user’s identity or make decisions about whether or not a user truly identities with a certain demographic.
Thanks to community feedback, we now have Unity, Ally, Safe Space and a plethora of LGBTQIA+ tags (https://www.twitch.tv/directory/all/tags) to start the conversation of helping communities feel safe and seen on Twitch. If there are other tags you would like to see added to Twitch, please let us know and we can work on adding them.

This literally can't be enforced. Even policing this thing is impossible. Tags should not be describing a streamer but the content. Opening them to be what they shape up ot be is only lead to mass harrassement.

How exactly can this be enforced? It's literally not possible.
