Merge "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" and "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition" categories
Most streamers are streaming in the first category and actually playing the second title anyway. There's no reason to have separate categories, and it just splits the audience and the content creators. The SSE version is just a 64 bit platinum build of the original, kind of like a redux or remastered version of other games. It's the same game.

A combined community would make much more sense. There are so many fantastic content creators that don't get seen because viewers aren't aware that there is 2 categories. Both games are the same, with SE being updated engine + included DLCs.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition are the EXACT same game. There is absolutely no difference in content within the game between the two at all. The only difference is that the original has a 32 bit framework, and the special edition has a 64 bit framework for more stability, and upgraded graphics, thats it. All the content of the game is exactly identical. There is absolutely no reason for them to be split, and and splitting them is doing the games entire community a SERIOUS and HUGE disservice by separating and dividing its community.

It just works....with only 1 category!

They are the same game, makes no sense to be split into two.

I feel like this only makes sense. The Skyrim community is amazing and being able to unify it through this tweak would be a huge boost!

This is the best solution to help keep the Skyrim community thriving! Please merge these two categories together!

Thank god someone suggested it! No reason for Skyrim and Skyrim SE to be different categories. Skyrim SE didn't even add any new content, it was
just a more stable, better looking copy of original Skyrim. No reason for it to have its own category. -

Sadly, by keeping the categories separate you are splitting the Skyrim community. Twitch is passionate about creating and sustaining communities, and nothing will help bring the Skyrim community together more than the unifying of these two categories.

This must become a reality.

Definitely only need ONE category here, regardless which version. Its Skyrim. Creators should be smart enough to show what version they're playing for users to see.

100%! There's no point in having these as two separate categories.
