I suggest an option where the streamer can tick a box (or similar) that states that they are text based/uses captions. Upon doing so an icon will appear on the stream thumbnail above the viewer count in the Browse section, together with an option to search specifically for these streams through filters

Considering the amount of streamers in the Twitch community that are using captions through third party softwares, a way of making that visible when browsing streams would go a long way for the hard of hearing community to find streamers that support them. Currently you can only do this by adding tags, but these do not seem to be used and end up being at the expense of other tag slots - making people less likely to use them. A completely separate option would thus go a long way in making the platform more accessible to those that cannot watch or follow streams due to audio difficulties.
