Create a Weather and Storm Chasing category A problem I have noticed is that any weather-related streams fall into either the IRL, Travel & Outdoors or Science & Technology categories, which affects the discoverability of those types of streams.
With the impacts that weather can have on people, this change would make Twitch another way for people to know that a dangerous storm is approaching. This would be very beneficial to both the streamers and the people watching them by having increased discoverability.

I'm a product designer and really my job is not supposed to be in "Game & Software Development " or "Art" category it's a different thing and have its own audience!People doing things in Figma,Photoshop,Illustrator,Framer,Webflow,Spline,Sketch, AdobeXD those cannot be streamed in any available category right now!

Educational Can someone please add this category. Perhaps there isn't a huge demand for educational content but if someone wanted to stream something educational, there's really no category for it. I think having a category like "Educational" is enough to house everyone that has a passion to teach something. Right now, all we have is a tag "educational", which is useful but not a housing feature. Differenciate two games that share the same name Hi friends! Is there a way to differentiate two games called "Copycat" and "CopyCat" in categories? One is coming in 2024, other is listed as 2019 but unreleased, yet both links take me to the page of an unreleased "CopyCat" game instead of the new one.

Merge the 71 Minesweeper categories into 2: "Minesweeper" and "Minesweeper variants". Minesweeper is a barely streamed game, yet there are 71 categories of Minesweeper and Minesweeper variants. Merging those into 2 would make it easier for people to find, follow, and popularize this pretty much singular game.

Let me filter categories by stream language. TLDR: Don't show me there is 11 viewers in "tiny rogues" category if no one is streaming in english.
I would like not to see categories of games if the streamers currently streaming don't speak stream in languages I can understand.
Every time I click on the game I want to watch there are no streamers in languages I speak.
But there is no way for me to know before clicking on a category.
As I watch a lot of less popular indie games it really annoys me.

Use AI learning to navigate "Just Chatting" Instead of being just like the gaming categories, additionally add a keyword section to Just Chatting which would then prioritize streams based on relevance.
With the size of directory, this would help end user find content based on their interest/search, and it would also give better discoverability for IRL based content without having to rely on the category system that exists on the gaming side of the platform.

Die Hard Trilogy Please can we have Die Hard Trilogy as one tag? its silly to have all 3 games seperate on Twitch when its clearly one whole game on the ps1, saturn and pc.

IRL Categories Descriptions When the initial IRL category was split into a dozen categories they were all presented with a description. None of these descriptions are present in any of the IRL categories. It would be helpful to make them available to aid streamers, especially newcomers, in picking the appropriate category for their streams. The descriptions should either contain as many examples as possible for what type of content they can be used or to contain metadata (or tags) to provide suggestions on what category to pick.
