I hate when I am trying to watch an intense stream with a lot of action going on only to have it be all grainy due to it not being set to source quality

Stream is zoomed in, everything I do changes nothing, create a zoom in and out option. Even if I zoom out on my browser and zoom back in the game stream is still zoomed in my like an extra 20%

also video buffered, which I understand will happen with playback, but after it buffered, the video started back at the beginning

I'm watching ELEAGUE TV (https://www.twitch.tv/eleaguetv) and this is the second day in a row where on source quality when there is 100,000+ viewers it skips A LOT of frames. Constantly. Which is making video & audio stutter for a split second every once in a while which is very annoying.
