Option to remove "Stream Snipe" Delay
Allow all creators to remove all delays including the auto 6 second "stream-snipe" delay. There are instances where getting stream sniped are impossible ie: single player campaign modes and words on stream etc. As a creator myself I'm not worried about getting stream sniped. I'd rather the community and I experience all components of content at the same time. (I have OBS set to 0.5 second delay) I feel like I'm always one step ahead of the community and I really want us experiencing things at the same time.

Latency under 5 seconds, And with lower Internet automatic higher latency without Buffering (Like YouTube Live's Low Latency, Beam, etc.)
