Add more Ingest servers to South America.

The only servers at the moment in SA are located in Brazil. Even though we are in the same continent, that doesn't means that the connection would be great for those who use the servers. I'm from Chile and even though I have 600m/s upload connection I'm losing frames constantly. Adding a server for those who live to the South part(Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru) could have at least one server in any of those countries and the North part can use the server at Brazil or add another server even more to the North.

    Have the same problem here! i got better performance using the Miami Servers than the Brazil xD (im from Argentina) ,its a shame that we have these problems on such on a platform that Twitch is

    Same here, I often have tons of dropped frames and the delay is pretty insane, my internet is also above 500Mb/200Mb so it’s not the issue

    Like 2 years ago we used to have servers in Chile and Argentina and those used to work amazing, no frame drops, no buffering for my viewers, better streaming quality.
    Now I have been trying to stream for 2 years with the Brazil server, but the quality has decreased way too much, that it always drops a big amount of frames, and in many days it buffers for my viewers. Making it uncomfortable to watch and reducing the amount of viewers.

    Bitrate is so inconsistent using the Brazilian servers. I think South America should have servers for the north and for the south of the continent.

    Hello. We used to have many different servers in the region that for some reason got deprecated one day with no announcement or reason as to why it happened. And now we only got servers available in Brasil and many of us can't stream to them because of bad routing (Chile or Peru work a lot better, for example) so if at least a new server could be added for Chile in the region it would allow many of us to have a stable connection and finally stream normally as we should be able to. Please, we really need some of these servers back.

    Hi! We are in desperate need of more Ingest Servers in Brazil (and maybe South America). Specially decentralizing it from São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro since there are alot of people that are getting dropped frames from other states. We have a large community of both streamers and viewers and need those options, specially the partners that are having trouble streaming lately!
