Add more Ingest servers to South America.

The only servers at the moment in SA are located in Brazil. Even though we are in the same continent, that doesn't means that the connection would be great for those who use the servers. I'm from Chile and even though I have 600m/s upload connection I'm losing frames constantly. Adding a server for those who live to the South part(Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru) could have at least one server in any of those countries and the North part can use the server at Brazil or add another server even more to the North.

    I didn't even know this sort of thing happened, hopefully it is restored in some way to help with the problems. I'm surprised something with as wide of a reach as twitch would close down servers and only leave options for some of their streamers that cause major issues with viewer enjoyment and quality of the service.
    Good luck, hopefully they do something about it. (Slightly different names across platforms I'm on, usually have the Rhythm part in the names I use though.)

    No idea why they even removed the server, let's get this back!
