Higher max. bitrate for everyone including NON-Partners.
To put it simple: I'd like to stream my 1080p60 gameplay in better quality.
My guess is that everyone would like to do it.
For example: YouTube Gaming's recommended bitrate ranges from 4,500 to 9,000 kbps for 1080p60. Here we can use up to 3,100 without having fear that the stream will stutter a lot for the viewers.
Would be awesome if we could get it here as well. Along with Quality options.

Twitch, please add quality, everyone gets nervous as there is no change in quality, can not watch your favorite streamer, it will certainly improve your image, a lot of people are running away on YouTube

I watch streams on 720p quality, but once watched on 1080p. Now I have problems and even on the quality of 720p there are errors, the stream is jamming. On the app with the phones after a few hours of watching the app hangs.

I am asking for adding quality for companions, because people on 720p lagging can not normally watch their favorite streamer, please add the remaining quality for the companion

At the moment, affiliates are given quality settings based on availability but it would be nice to know that twitch is working to make this more consistently available.

I think that twitch affiliates should get quality settings for their viewers because they have already proven that they have a following. I would personally like to support these smaller streamers with my viewership, but am unable to due to my bad internet connection, as it cannot handle the high source quality of these streams. Please give twitch affiliates quality options so that people with poor internet can support them

The higher the bit rate the better your viewer's connections have to be. Partners can do higher bitrates because they get transcodes that can shift to a lower bitrate.
Vieweres of non-partners without transcodes get w/e bitrate you're streaming at which is what would cause the stuttering.

I agree. The larger and larger Twitch gets by the day, the harder it is for smaller communities (like mine) to grow. One thing that my channel benefits from is I spend a lot of time, effort, and money to make sure the presentation and actual quality of my stream is at its most potential. I always get new viewers who happen to see my channel tell me how much they love the quality of my streams and most of the time end up following, and some will even ask why I'm not partnered. I have the internet and the hardware to stream 1080p60 but due to not being a partner (yet) or even if I was I still could not do this. This would be just one more way to help grow my channel.

4k-Support and better bitrate:
2160p = 40.000kbps
1080p = 8000kpbs or 10.000
720p = 4500kbps -
