Two separate chat areas. Change the chat to two separate areas, one for question and answers for classes, and one for just chatting during class. Also the option to save the chat for class questions and answers. Thank you.

Chat aktualisiert nicht Im Moment hab ich das Problem das keiner der Twitchchats nach einer bestimmten Zeit automatisch aktualisiert, als Streamer/Mod muss man dieses manuell refreshen. Egal ob auf der PS4x, übers IPhone oder übers IPad. Mehrere Anfragen des Supportes waren vergebens. Wann genau wird dieses Problem gefixt?

Voice Chat Viewing, but no conversations Would love to have voice chat mode, where the viewers are basically like a movie audience, where reactions like laughing are allowed, but no conversations allowed and are closely monitored by moderators of the chat. It would connect the chat a lot more.

option to remove the gift/cheer leaderboard wenn in theatre mode with the chat under the video, the leaderboard blocks 1/3rd of the chat window (atleast on my screens)
please let us disable the leader board in the chat setting so we can se more of the chat
side note the "stream chat" bar that seperates chat from the video is way thicker than it needs to be blocking another 1-2/10th of the possible chat window

Polls for non affiliates Polls are a fun thing to have access to for a streamer as they give chat the chance to engage with the streamer while also guessing if they'll die in whatever game they are playing. However, imagine you'd gone to a free music festival and when you got there you were told "Sorry you can't listen to that band because it's for VIP members only, this place is off limits to non VIP's and the only place you can sit is miles away from any bands" that is how i feel about affiliate's and none affiliates. remove followers mode for a duration Add a feature to allow 'Followers Only' mode to be disabled, for a duration, equal to the 'Followers-Only chat, or a stated 'duration'. Maybe even have the option to automate it following a raid / host.
This would help streamers who get raided / hosted to allow the new viewers to interract with chat immediately and for that duration, in the hope that the new viewers will follow.

Emotes in chatbox update causing issues Recently when emotes are typed into the chatbox, they'll show as actual images in the chatbox rather than as text only like they used to. However this seems to cause serious lag issues and, after a while, slows the response speed for typing to the point where the whole page or chat pop-out has to be refreshed.
It reacts poorly with third party extensions like bttv/ffz that use autocomplete using the tab button, by prioritising twitch global emotes over channel and bttv emotes, or by deleting half the message text and trying to autocomplete from a random word mid sentence.

Opção para mutar microfone dos streammer e escutar apenas o que ao fundo, seja música ou som do jogo. A twitch poderia criar uma opção para deixar os usuários mais confortáveis, já que, tem streammer que falam palavras de baixo escalão e para quem tem família, não dá para ficar escutando essas palavras por conta de filhos e demais familiares. Poderiam colocar essa opção de " silenciar microfone do streamer" e escutar apenas o que estiver ao fundo, seja uma música que o streamer colocou ou o som ambiente do game.

UX customizer/Additional badge system. I actually don't like when a streamer acknowledges me in any type of stream. I tend to not want to stay, but, if there was a way to let a streamer know so I could still stay, that can help both of us
Or I'm watching with family on the TV or just by myself it's jarring if you're doing chores or work. Scary even. Maybe a way to say "TV" or "Casual" or "theatre mode" as if you the audience member is sitting to watch (but not participate).It resembles going to a concert.

Stop clearing text in chat input when replying to a thread When you start typing a message in chat that is intended as a reply to a thread, but forget to click the thread reply button, your message is cleared once you do click the reply button.
This seems like bad UX, why not just keep the message value in place.
Steps to produce -
- Type a message
- Click reply to a thread
- Watch the message disappear and need to be re-typed or copied and pasted.

Chat Memory Leak Date observed: 5/5/2022
Twitch chat is causing memory leaks. I only observed this because I was watching a streamer with 100k+ viewers and my computer crashed with 32GB of memory with all other applications closed.
In Dev Tools on a Chromium browser:
- Select "Performance monitor" in Dev tools.
- Observe the JS heap size and the DOM nodes, they progressively increase as chats are sent.
Another way to observe:
- select "Memory" tab in Dev tools.
- Use "Allocation instrumentation on timeline".
- Record and observe the memory allocation.
Note: tested on Edge and Google Chrome with all the extensions turned off.

Make bot messages stand out With streamers wanting to promote a game or socials for example and they have a bot doing it every so often I feel like bot messages can go unnoticed. I came up with a simple idea to help make them stand out more as showing here:

Moment Badge is bugged (on desktop) - claiming the moments Badge on dekstop didnt show up - i am not talking about an already claimed badge - i am talking about the notification you need to click - idk what could be the bug there but somebody might wanna check it out peepoJuice

elo chat (ranked games like (league/dota/overwatch and so on) Lets say you are streaming league and you like to interact with chat but u get these bronze/silver players that are trying to coach u and backseat u in the chat and that just makes you angry and tilted.
if a streamer had a option to filter chat messages by the accounts verified ELO in that game.
Lets say Thebausffs streams league and he dosent want to read some of the messages lower elo people are typing, he could only FILTER for himself that he wants to only see the messages from a certain elo (lets say D1+)
