Collapsable Community Gift Chest for Chat Having this enabled cuts off about 10% of chat from a viewer perspective.
Rather than disabling it or have viewers by multiple means removing it from view on their own. Perhaps a collapse arrow for the module can be introduced to bring the chat window back to it's fullest state.

Move 'chat paused' overlay to chatbox as background I really like the 'Pause Chat' feature. But the overlay indicator message that says that chat is currently paused, although already changed a bit, is still covering the last message / chatter name. So we can neither click the name nor click all the mod icons (at least when timestamps are on).
Of course this is only a problem when chat is slow, but turning the entire feature on and off depending on peaks is quite impractical.I would propose that this indicator shows up as the background of the chatbox. In a way that we could still type messages…

Set mention color to that persons chat color When someone in chat mentions another person in chat it gets hard to find out what he was replying to. My suggestion is to make the mention color the same as the person who was mentioned.
Here is a screenshot of what I mean: http://imgur.com/a/H4alc

Highlight streamers you follow when they chat in other channels When you follow a streamer, you probably like what they say, and dont want to miss any of it. Giving them some kind of icon or other highlight would make it much easier to filter out the streamers i follow in very active chats

Give anyone in the chat the option to see how large slowmode currently is. Currently /slow sets the slowmode to default 120 seconds. It could be used to let chatters look up how large ist is.
This would help moderators to better set their slows based on channel activity. It would also prevent chatters from spamming the channel with "slowtest" messages.
It should also show which moderator last changed the slowmode (only for the broadcaster and other mods).3 votes -
mensajes visibles solo para mi Los mensajes del chat de twitch solo aparecen visibles a mi, ni al streamer ni a las demas personas del chat y cuando recargo la pagina los mensajes que habia enviado desaparecen

Chat block Since I noticed that some streamers assume that the same person is behind these accounts, even though they are two different people and these streamers have no evidence of this and block both accounts in the chat, that's what the streamers do reputation-damaging statements.
That's why I would like to have a way to report reputation-damaging behavior regardless of when the comments were made or when the chat was blocked.

Do something to fix this very common TTS racism that is rampant. I had someone come into chat and use a popular play on words using the words knee, and grow. It is disgusting and should never happen. I get it happening once. But he was able to make over three accounts and keep using the same phrase over and over again. I did everything I can to ban as quick as possible but as a platform you guys HAVE to do better. That is a very common joke I see used in tts all the time. You guys need to ban it. The phrase should be inaccessible. On top of that…

Estou chateada, pois não sou fluente em inglês e espanhol ou outras línguas. Antes eu podia fazer isso no chat. Por favor voltem como antes para podermos desfrutar melhor do Twitch. Gosto muito da plataforma. Agradeço.

Could you please clarify regarding the update? Was it an update on the mobile app? Thank you.

Chat overlay instead of screen size adjustment Chat registers as an overlay (like YouTube) on the screen rather than making the stream a smaller size.
When viewing YouTube streaming, I find myself leaving chat on as it doesn’t affect the overall stream viewing as much as on twitch where the viewing screen adjusts to smaller size to accommodate chat. I typically leave chat off with twitch.2 votesHi, thanks for your feedback!

Pause on mouse hover notification placement Pause on mouse hover is a superb tool for moderation as it let you click the right moderation buttons to delete/timeout/ban the right person instead of clicking someone else on chat message pushing.
But it has ONE weird detail, the popup letting you know chat is paused prevents almost any interaction and certainly reading the last comment as it is below the popup and i find myself normally trying to quickly delete or react to messages usually ending up there in that position and having to scroll the chat to do so.
The solutions i think it would fix this…2 votes -
Hide "Stream Chat" top bar from chat pop-out window. I'm requesting this as a Linux streamer since I use Steam Overlay to see the chat as there is no maintained apps for seeing the chat if you have one screen. The Stream Chat top bar cannot be hidden and is unnecessary.

You can LIKE a twitch comment to increase visibility Add a button to LIKE a comment in chat. Add a little icon and number if a comment gets more likes. This makes it easy to see a good comment. (or change background color for a comments with likes)
Possibly, if a comment gets more than X LIKES, auto pin this comment for like 1 minute for visibility.
Good comments should be easily seen and interaction would be easy like this.2 votes -
DELETE OR EDIT THE MESSAGE Deleting or editing a message in the stream chat will be so useful in the communication with the streamer.
because sometimes i send a message incorrectly or i realize that i used the wrong words, and then the streamer misunderstands me. or sometimes i send a message that break the chat rules, BY MISTAKE, and then the mods suspect me or think that i meant it, and then i get timed out, and this will corrupt my relationship with the mods or the streamer, and this really annoys me, i hope this problem will be fixed soon,
and thank you.2 votes -
Followers Only Instead of Followers Only mode, you should add a mode where trusted accounts (accounts that have existed for a long time and are in good standings with twitch) are the only accounts allowed to chat. That way trolls will be filtered out, and good upstanding Twitch citizens can chat to see if they like the stream before they follow.
You're welcome. Stream fixed.

Make chat delay readable by anyone So far, the chat "delay" value is only readable from the API by the broadcaster.
I think that misses the point of having this value accessible. To me, the point of this value is to be able to honnor the delay for chat client developpers (chatty, chatterino, ...)
But that fact that it's only accessible by the broadcaster makes it quite useless. The only point I see in its current state is the abaility to display it at some point. In an ideal world this delay would simply be handled server-side instead of client-side as it is right now, but…

rtf support for Mods Add RTF chat support for Broadcasters, Bots, and Mods while stripping <script>, <img>, etc. tags. (that way we can actually format command messages such as our rules, or raid messages. Honestly you could just take off the word-break style for those users.)
Even a quiet roll of "Hey, you wanna write your own html? Go for it."

timezone Allow users to set what timezone they are in, and display both local time and the chatter's time.
eg: I am in US/Eastern and Anon123 is in US/Pacific, so I would see something like this in my chat:
12:01 Nivex: This is a test message
12:02 (9:02) Anon123: Response message2 votes
