Allow moderators to not see blocked users messages
Right now if you block a user and you moderate for a channel that said user is in, you will still see their messages. I have certain users blocked for a reason and me seeing them in chats that I moderate drives me away from the streams. The streamer does not want them banned, so that is not a viable option. I understand that as a moderator your job is to keep an eye on users, but other mods can help out regarding these instances.

At the moment if you're a moderator of a stream and use the "Ignore" function on a user all their messages still show up. I think there should be a way for moderators to actually ignore/block users that they don't want to see messages from.
Often times there are users who can really get your nerves but aren't technically breaking any of the broadcasters specific rules to deserve a ban. If the streamer is fine with it or there are other moderators in the chat to "moderate" that user I see no reason to keep people from blocking them. It could potentially stop alot of unneeded arguments and drama before it even happens and maybe even let the streamer enable whether or not people can ignore users in their chat
