Instanced Chat and VIP chat
This is a two part idea. Part one is to help viewers in large channels to be able to read and interact with chat better: 'Instanced chat groups' of around 500 chatters each so we can actually read chat in larger streams and it might also make moderating easier if mods could focus on smaller groups. (Mods would have a checkbox list of channel instances to opt into moderating, or be set to "auto assign" which would divide the instances between the active mods.)
And part two is 'VIP chatter' status (not the same as VIP's) which would be a new subscription service for viewers that gives creators better access to their more loyal chatters in an isolated chat window apart from the general spam. (This could be included with tier 3 subs as well as being an additional type of subscription only tier 1 and 2 subs can purchase.)
