Add "Belarusian" as language option in stream settings

It would be great to have Belarusian language (would be written as "Беларуская") as one of the available options in "Stream Information".

No translation of the platform is not asked for, only the language to filter streams by.

Yeah, I beg you as Ukrainian streamer to help them find their streamers which speak in Belarusian.
Or they will have the same situation which we, Ukrainians, had until recent adding of Ukrainian language.

it's really necessary cos belarusian-speakers literally can't find belarusian streamers on twitch.
